My fav hotel ever! Clean , spacious rooms , great breakfast and extremely close to shopping! However they could do more to reward frequent guests besides having to pay into a program! Like my last check in yesterday ! temp problem with a credit card but i must have looked untrustworthy bc i was still required to pay a 500 dollar deposit for a one night stay! Not 50 , 100 or 250 but 500 dollars ! I get hotel policys but where does common sense and or loyalty come into play ??? Makes me rethink future stays

Parking was limited, should having more space especially when big events are happening g in Edmonton and rooms are sold out. Even an overflow parking lot. Otherwise, the rooms were spacious, the pool & hot tub were awesome.

The area is nice has sone new shopping complexes around. Only issue was when we were checking out we wanted to avoid using Credit Card and the staff member wasnt clear and ended up charging our credit card anyway
