Please check beds and sofa bed in Room 622. Not sure if it’s bed bug but my legs are having itchiness on both lower part of my legs. I have 2 separate bookings for this Rm 622, May 29 to 31 and May 31 -Jube 1. On May 31st morning I requested room service but instead they only put new set of towels . I clearly stated I want room service too instead of just bring new sets of towels and when we can be back we have towels but room was as is. No cleaning at all. Thank you.

Wonderful Stay in Edmonton! I had a lovely experience during my recent stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were exceptionally polite and welcoming, which really set the tone for a pleasant visit. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed — perfect for relaxing after a long day. One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast — absolutely delicious with a great variety to choose from. It was the perfect start to each morning! Overall, everything was smooth and enjoyable. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Edmonton.
