We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The rooms were spacious, and we especially appreciated the sitting area with its L-shaped sofabed. It is one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in, and the front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and efficient. The complimentary breakfast was of higher quality than what you would receive in other hotels that have a similar price point. The only negative was that there were a lot of kids in the pool/jacuzzi area very late at night. I would suggest making it adults-only after 9pm.

All around a great stay if visiting west Edmonton mall. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. Every employee we interacted with was so friendly and pleasant. The included breakfast was one of the best I’ve experienced at a hotel. They provide daily housekeeping( which has become rare). The proximity to West Edmonton mall is awesome. And the pool and hot tub were great! We would absolutely stay here again. Shout out to Menhaz who helped us at the front desk and the restaurant. Super friendly!

I had a wonderful stay at Hayat Hotel! The staff at the reception were absolutely amazing, friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout my visit. Was a pretty good location and was quiet. Stayed for 4 nights and the pool towels were constantly empty and had to go to the front desk to ask for them to replenish. Also slow in replenishing breakfast and we had to wipe down our table every day. Average continental breakfast. Even though we had a few inconveniences we would stay there again because customer service everywhere is not like it used to be.
