Frankly, everything stood out. First and foremost the staff were all friendly and professional. The facilities are new and well maintained. And the breakfast was a cut above. Quiet times were honoured which was appreciated. All the services in the room - TV, heat, etc. - worked well :-). Overall our best of many experiences in the area. My wife and I shall definitely return on future visits to Edmonton.

It was a full house on the weekend, but still was able to get full breakfasts on our 3 day stay. Plenty of options.. Rooms where very nice , especially for the price I thought. Would stay here again for sure.

Fabulous choice!

Our room at the Hyatt was spotless and very well appointed. Excellent lighting from the bathroom mirror to the bedside, to the reading nook beside the couch. The coffee supplied for in room coffee maker was delicious and Seattle’s best was supplied along with a delicious complementary breakfast filled with healthy Choices that were changed up daily. The staff was so friendly and the front desk was always helpful and very pleasant. Even the lobby is welcoming with couches an fireplace and computers, making it easy to print out boarding passes. We stayed for four days. I look forward to returning again soon.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The rooms were spacious, and we especially appreciated the sitting area with its L-shaped sofabed. It is one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in, and the front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and efficient. The complimentary breakfast was of higher quality than what you would receive in other hotels that have a similar price point. The only negative was that there were a lot of kids in the pool/jacuzzi area very late at night. I would suggest making it adults-only after 9pm.
