This motel is not only close to West Ed, but the rooms are large and clean. Price is fair for the area. There is a large pool and a bonus of a splash (Toddler/baby Pool). What a bonus this was. Staff is fantastic.

We have come here many times for family visits and it’s always been nice. The bathroom floor was not as clean as it should have been. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are quiet. Did not do the free breakfasts but they were good the other times.

Bathroom was not the cleanest. Hairs in the shower and hotel provided conditioner was empty. Complementary Breakfast was good Service was excellent Beds were comfy and the room was quiet Internet connection wasnt great

Good place to stay. Great staff, great location, good breakfast. Did hear babies cry at night tho and the beds could use an upgrade. Nice and clean although the upper walls were quite dusty. And the pool is too cold!

Very welcoming front desk agent who showed us a suite room right away and then checked us in early as the room was available. Room and hotel were clean and pretty quiet considering the amount of guests. Breakfast was very good.

Stayed here for a little getaway with my family, since my husband had to come to town for work. We choose this hotel based on the reviews and it lived up to our expectations! Upon arrival, which was after 5pm, we were told our room wasn’t ready yet and we had to wait in the lobby with our restless kids. This was initially concerning as our first impression, but considering that was our only bad experience of our stay, I’ll definitely look past it! Our room was spacious. Our beds were comfortable. Our TV and we brought down our remote thinking it was those batteries. It didn’t help. We didn’t ask for further help since we didn’t care that much. The pool was one of the best parts of the hotel. Good temperature. Heated floors. Shower with soap. Toddler pool - was amazing!! The kids loved it! The mushroom sprinkler wasn’t working but we didn’t mind. And the hot tub was spacious. They even included beach balls for people to play with. The breakfast was the other best part. Lots of options. Waffles, oatmeal, cereal, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, toast, bagels, pastries, and fresh, not canned, fruit salad (which we loved!) as well as bananas, oranges, apples. The waffle station also had syrup, whipped cream, chocolate and strawberry sauce, chocolate chips and sprinkles! If this wasn’t enough, the also had a hot breakfast station that had different options every day. Some of the choices we had were pancakes, omelettes, scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, baked beans, home style potatoes, etc. The beverages were milk, assortment of juices, and coffee/tea. As well, the breakfast attendant was amazing! Normally in a hotel I am nervous around the attendants as they all appear to hate their job and couldn’t be bothered. Not this lady. She was there all four days, wish I knew her name, and cared about the food and every person coming down to eat. She should be recognized for her amazing service. They have bagged breakfasts if you are on the go. And in the female lobby bathroom I noticed free pads, tampons, and soap in case you needed it. All these little details add up to make you feel cared for. Loved our stay and would definitely be back next time we are in Edmonton.

This is my 2nd stay here and never again. Less than stellar check-in experience. I am a Diamond member which is the top level Hilton reward program and there was no attempt to upgrade my room or do anything to recognize my status except to give me 2 bottles of water.!!! While I understand an upgrade is not automatic , I was in the elevator with a client who was on the top floor (preferrable for Hilton Honors members) who was given a HUGE suite and who found it way too big for him. He hated it and went downstairs to change it. Its not about the upgrade as the rooms are similar however it was the attitude of the check in person . My previous experience here has cemented my resolve that I wont ever be staying here again. The Hilton Garden Inn near West Edmonton Mall is a much better option. A nice welcome and friendly reception is all that it takes to make an experience that much nicer. Rooms clean (and so they should be) but I wont be staying here ever again.

Overall a good place to stay. Staff was fantastic to deal with. Very quick check in and out. Breakfast was above average. Wifi was speedy. Pool was clean. Weight room was big enough and stocked with dumbbells. Hot tub was hot!

Stayed here for a a family visit with siblings and nieces and nephews. The common areas were clean, the pool area is tidy but tired. The mushroom water feature in the kids splash pool didn't work. The hot tub was not terribly hot. We had a king suite. Needed the pull out sofa for two kids. We opened up the sofa bed and it was crumpled sheets and crumbs. Pretty gross actually. I called and they brought up a mattress to put on top of the existing mattress, and a clean set of sheets. I had to tell them to take the dirty sheets, the guy was going to just leave them. When I asked for pillows for the kids, there weren't any in the closet, I was told the hotel was full and they didn't have any extra. I understand if you already have pillows for all guests, but we didn't have enough for everyone in our room. It wasn't a surprise, we booked for four people in the room. Overall, stay was adequate. I would go elsewhere next time.

We booked here because of the swim area for a 2 year old. We did find the kids pool did not run most of the time we were there which was a bit disappointing. The hot tub was really nice. The staff were very welcoming when we checked in. Could not have had a better experience. The room was nice and they even brought a fridge to our room. The included breakfast is usual food at a self service hotel breakfast. They did have take out brown bags for people and that was wonderful for our grandchild as she did not eat well in the breakfast area. The hotel is close to shopping. If a draw back the one way traffic to get to the hotel was a bit confusing to people not from Edmonton. Would definitely return and stay here.
