We had a lovely time at this hotel. All staff were friendly and very nice and accommodating to our requests. The pool was awesome the kids loved it! And everyone enjoyed the breakfast. The beds were comfortable, the room was really nice and clean. Thank you for a great stay!!

Close to everything in the west

Location is perfect! Close to everything you'll need. Hotel went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Service is impeccable. Cleanliness is great. Pool kept well stocked with towels. I would suggest the hotel invest in both new beds and pillows, they do need replaced. Otherwise, highly recommended for all other areas!

The room is dusty. There is also a strand of hair in the fridge. Behind and under the TV is dusty, you can telll right away that they dont dust under that tv. We are in room 504. The ledges is dirty you can see while using the toilet. Bathtub has hardened soap, you'd understand it if its under the soap container but it wasnt. Looks like it wasnt cleaned nicely. Room 404 is the same according to our friend. While front desk was very helpful and Cora is awesome the way they handled the rooms we rented is dissapointing. I was told the rooms will be across from each other when I phoned but ended up not being in the same floor. Breakfast is good. But overall my rate is 2 oit 5.

I really enjoyed the pool at this hotel, my son had so much fun and I liked that it was open so late as well. The breakfast was also nice to have in the morning with lots of seating options. The staff were also all very friendly and helpful
