The hotel is very nice and calm to do your business and very clean, its location is fantastic near to down town and also you can reach any other place very easy. The staff is very helpful and highly cooperative especially Ms. Lai as she did not keep any effort to make the costumer happy while staying in the this hotel "thanks to her", However all the other members of staff is really nice and friendly and exerts all efforts to help the guests. The only comment is the Wi-Fi is not good and always intermittent, I had to use my phone data package most of the time to connect to the internet.

We stayed for 1 night. They offer hot and cold breakfast and that's a good thing. However, internet slow and they missed to clean the toilet bowl that's turns us off. Sometimes those little things that truly matters.

Great place to stay close to the Strathcona area in Edmonton. Reasonably close to the University with good access to the highway network.

Location is really good. Few blocks from 82nd Ave which is known as old downtown. That is the heart of Edmonton. Regardless, shopping center Bonnie Doon mall is just 8 min by taxi or UBER. Room facility is really good. In most travels I try to include breakfast. Compared to my previous visits in different hotels, Days inn had very nice wide range of breakfast choice. Staff attitude!! As a new comer to Canada, we were looking for more informative staff and informations around. We found they were not so friendly (not rude though). No one to help for huge luggage, directions etc. Last thing is the aesthetic value may need to improve. We felt there was lack of lights in the hallway and very poor carpets. Obviously elevator is something that you might wanna take care.

Totally recommend this hotel if you're in Edmonton. It's close to the University of Alberta (our reason for being here) and the University hospital. It's also just across the bridge from the downtown core and the famous Whyte (82nd) Avenue. We had a classic room with 2 queen size beds, a mini fridge, microwave, shower/tub combo, coffee maker, hairdryer and iron and ironing board. The room was spacious and the beds were most comfortable. The bedsheets were so very smooth and soft. The shower was updated with a strong shower head, giving you a wonderful shower. Housekeeping was excellent! Our towels and toiletries were replenished everyday. I forgot toothpaste the first night and they were able to provide me with travel sized toothpaste. The hotel came with breakfast (6-10am). The breakfast had an excellent selection of sausages, cheese omelettes, pancakes, bagels, toast and spreads, juices, fruits, hard boiled eggs, yogurt and hot drinks. The only drawback was the rather slow WiFi. The hotel staff more than made up for that though. Will definitely keep coming back to this hotel every time I'm in Edmonton.

Excellent Service, plentiful breakfast, nicely appointed rooms, clean and quiet easily are high points at this location. Probably not the very best choice if you are coming to Edmonton with children, as unfortunately there is no pool. The beds were very comfortable and having a fridge, microwave, etc. Makes one's stay even better . Location is wonderful. Near tons of shopping, attractions, and just a short drive to downtown. This hotel is good for business or vacation plans.

Stayed here with my dad a few weeks ago. We were on a road trip visiting family all over Alberta and BC. We had a very pleasant say. Friendly staff, clean rooms and good service. We stayed there for 3 nights and had a nice Time! We recommend it!

The welcome at the front desk is amazing, after almost 1 1/2 years, returning to stay the staff remembers you and welcomes you like family, truly a sign of great working environment for the staff. Lia has such a warm smile in the mornings and is especially courteous and always accommodating. Zelia always inquires about your travels and is truly an awesome Manager, her Tuesday night meet & greet with wine and cheese is always bussing with travelers. Hot breakfast in the mornings and Whyte Ave restaurants & shops within walking distance you always have time to relax. Your morning Timmy's is just across the street, everything is within walking distance once you arrive.

Great location and close to lots of food options. Free parking and breakfast included. Staff was friendly and the room was nice and clean. Wifi was very slow for those who are looking for high speed internet.

Bed bugs spotted and was very incovinient with kids. Didnt see anyone did anything with it. One of the couple walked in breakfast room at 9.55 and they bluntly said it's over
