Property is old and dingy, definitely needs to be cleaned and redone. The ac in our room is acting up and it is so loud that it sounds like it’s about to explode. I will not recommend and will not be staying here again

This hotel should not rent rooms for more than $100 a night. It is a discount facility at best. There was no hot water for showers over 3 days (so not a one time occurrence). Our room key only opened our door once and then needed to be replaced (3 times over a two day stay, despite being kept far away from phones which apparently disable them). The hallways had an unpleasant smell. In a large hotel with a minimum of 4 elevators that I could see, only one worked, very slowly. Used the stairs most of the time. All areas were freezing cold. This hotel needs major investment to be functional again, or much lower rates so guests know what to expect. The staff were phenomenal and friendly. This business is very lucky to have such courteous staff.

When we went there it was the weekend and only one elevator was working. Had to go to the airport early with some luggage and both were not working. They did have 1 working again by chexk out.

This facility has amazing potential. The small staff worked very hard to accommodate everyone. Breakfast was good as well. Rooms, pool and elevators need a lot of work. I would stay again during the week but not on weekends when sports teams are in the building.

This hotel was very dirty. Our first room had dirty sheets and a bug crawling on the bed. We received a new room no problem. It was on the fourth floor which was no problem until we came back from our event and the only elevator that was working had quit and had to take the stairs. They had four elevators right there but not one of them worked. Then we had no towels in our bathroom and had to go down and ask for those. The staff was super friendly and tried to help but the lack of maintenance and cleanliness has turned me off of ever staying there again especially for the price.

This is large conference centre with a small hot breakfast which we enjoyed. We came during the off season so it was pretty quiet.
