The Splendid apartment was very clean and comfortable. The view from the living room window was Amazing! The one thing I would warn future clients about is that there is no lift (it’s in the description of the property, but I missed seeing it!) and the stairs up to the forth floor are rather steep. The apartment is within walking distance of most all of the tourist sites and is an easy walk - if the weather cooperates! :)I would definitely stay here again!

Great historic neighborhood; wonderful views of the city! Large apartment. En suite bathroom needs a scrub down in shower. Napkins /paper towels would have been nice. Also, we stayed for 5 nights. More than 1.5 rolls of toilet paper would be nice. Restaurants within walking distance as is the royal mile. Great trip. There is no lift so make sure you are able to walk up the 4 floors necessary to reach the apartment.

Staff and company were excellent to deal with. Loved the location..proximity to Royal Mile and Princess street was excellent. Accommodation were top notch. We all loved the comfortable apartment . Be aware of the stairs if you are on the higher floors.

We had an amazing 3 night stay in this wonderful apartment. Great location, restaurants, theatre and shops all within walking distance. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. We would love to come back.
