Refurbished to a very high standard, with solid flooring throughout. Newly installed triple glazed bedroom windows make for a peaceful night's sleep. Delightful bespoke kitchen, sunny sitting area. There is a fantastic shared roof top garden with views towards the castle. Nearby castle & Princess street. In a popular, lively historical area. Please note we have Netflix & on-demand tv only



The Space:

Beautifully renovated 1st floor apartment with very comfortable living. The apartment has 2 comfortable bedrooms with ample dining and lounging area. We have a shared roof top garden with un-spoilt views of the castle. Great for evening celebrations and breakfast with a view. We have newly installed triple glazing to the bedrooms, ensuring a good nights sleep.

We have a 49 inch Tv and super fast 76MB broadband.

A well equipped Kitchen with all the expected mod cons!

Old Town

This was a handy location. The apartment was clean. The only issues we had were the lift was not working, since it’s a third floor apartment this was a bit difficult. One of the heaters was stuck on high which made the flat very warm.

Close to Everything But...

Honestly, this was a great apartment! It was close to everything for sure. The only thing we wished was that it was mentioned somewhere that it is literally in between THREE strip clubs that had music thumping and people yelling and talking outside ALL. NIGHT. LONG! There is no air conditioning on the property, which we were aware of AND would not have been an issue but unless you want to stay up till 2am every night (even on the weekdays) you couldn't open the windows so the place was stuffy.

Appartement rénové, mais pas "high standing" du tout ! Malheureusement, double vitrage pas de grande qualité et uniquement dans les chambres, pourtant le quartier est très animé et surtout la nuit! De plus, sur le descriptif, un parking privé était spécifié. C'est ce qui avait joué en la faveur de cet appartement dans mon choix de réservation. Au final, il n'y avait pas de parking privé et les parkings sont vraiment très onéreux à Edinburgh. Donc plutôt déçue par ce logement, même si bien situé, il est bruyant, ménage vite fait mais pas très propre, confort moyen et sans parking... De plus, l'agence a ignoré le problème de parking stipulé dans l'annonce et m'a répondu en mode "robot"! Je retourne à Edinburgh en Aout et je ne retournerai définitevement pas dans cette location.
