Kim's home was a lovely place for our family reunion and Austin graciously responded to all our needs. The pool, hot tub, and Traeger were enjoyed daily.  The grandkiddos were particularly delighted to watch the Perseid Meteor shower - shooting stars - from the deck!

We had an incredibly fun long weekend stay at this gorgeous house. We had a group of 13 20-something ladies and enjoyed the best girls' weekend. Despite the weather being a little cooler and windier than we originally expected, the pool and hot tub were heated to perfection and we still got to enjoy some time outside. We made full use of the movie theater room with a High School Musical marathon. The kitchen was well-equipped, the bedrooms were all clean and comfortable, and it was super easy to communicate with our host even though we didn't end up needing anything from them all weekend! Just drinking coffee from the balcony with the view from this place is worth it. Thank you, we had a great time :)

Family ski vacation

Huge home with plenty of entertaining space along with sleeping arrangements. Host was very responsive to all my questions. This house has the most amazing views. If you are looking for a big house with plenty of space this is it.

We arrived to a warmly decorated home—festive for Christmas, with gentle music playing and a candle burning. It was the perfect setting for our large extended family to reconnect and also find quiet moments when needed. The view was truly breathtaking: perched high above the Columbia River and the town of Wenatchee, with majestic mountains rising behind them.

Incredible 2nd stay at this proprerty

I can't recommend this property enough. This is my second trip with family and we would love to come back again. The house is well situated for larger groups. Everything you could need for a welcoming stay is included. There are plenty of towels and linens, and bathroom essentials as well as a huge supply of kitchen items that make cooking for a crowd easy From planning and throughout the stay, Austin is an incredible host. His response time is lightning fast and he is very accommodating. The pool was heated to a very comfortable temperature. The hot tub was clean and there are many outside toys on the property. Our group enjoyed playing cornhole and ladder ball. There are several life jackets for smaller swimmers as well. We appreciate the well-stocked supply of beach towels in close proximity to the pool. We also really enjoyed our time around the massive fire table. This is just an excellent option for a family get-together for all ages! I highly recommend!

Great Stay

This is a perfect house for large groups of people. Lots of space, activities, etc and has an incredible view of Wenatchee. The basement was especially awesome! The property is very private as well, which is nice. Austin communicated frequently as needed and was always making sure the trip went as smoothly as possible. There were lots of dishes and silverware, but I’ve had vrbo properties with far better cooking utensils, both in terms of items and quality. Having said that, it would not keep me from booking another stay!

Beautiful view

We enjoyed our stay very much. Lots of time spent in the hot tub, pool, and inside playing pool. Property manager Austin was very responsive, helpful, and pleasant to work with. We loved the view and the location. Hoping to return again.

Girls Weekend

Everything about this house was perfect. Trying to find a place that sleeps 16 people is not easy. In this house we all slept comfortably. The view was incredible. Our favorite place was the pool and cabana. We didn’t want to leave.

Great vacation home for reunions!

Ski trip

I rented this property for my small family own d business ski trip. We do this yearly and usually only able to find houses that barely fit all of us. This house has plenty of room. My only complaint is the mountain just had 5” of rain and the day we did ski it was icey! This house is awesome with a great view and lots of space.

Perfect getaway

What a perfect vacation. We arrived with a beautifully Christmas decorated house with carols playing. So fun. Everything was provided. I can’t think of a thing that went wrong, from the kitchen to the hot tub. We used every inch of the house. We were there New Years Eve. We started a big bon fire in the pit and enjoyed the firework displays from the yard. We would definitely recommend this property.

Absolutely Stunning!

I stayed here with a group of friends and we all absolutely loved it. The first thing you notice when you come in during the day is the breathtaking view! The pictures don't do enough justice. The home is very spacious and the amenities were perfect because it had a great variety to fit all personalities (hot tub, pool table, sauna, gym, theater, TVs) everyone had a great time. The beds were very comfortable and the home was overall very clean and pristine. The kitchen had enough space and items to bake and cook a multitude of things - we for sure used the double wall oven for to bake homemade pizzas! We stayed in November and the home was kept cozy warm all the time! I'd love to come back next time during the hot months to enjoy the pool, the grills, and the fireplace which were the only things we were not able to use because it was too cold outside. Overall: 110% recommended this place.

Well-equipped property, great for a group!

We recently spent a weekend at the property with extended family. The house is well laid out with all that you could need. The layout of the house was also quite conducive to a group. I was impressed that it was quite quiet upstairs when the theater room was being used, and very little noise between floors carried. The house was quite welcoming with a fresh flower arrangment, plenty of coffee pods, a well stocked pantry of seasonings and spices and plenty of linens and towels for use in showering or pool/hot tub use. The property was well maintained and the view and outdoor spaces are lovely with plenty of options for fun. Host was easy to communicate with and directions for entry and checkout were perfect. I would highly recommend the property and can't wait to book again.

Perfect for family reunion

This was a perfect place for our annual family reunion. It we bet well appointed and had everything we needed to make dinner great family meal’s and lots of family games. The view is spectacular and the pool and outdoor pool area was fantastic. The communication with Austin made everything super easy. Thank you so much!
