Dated property in a somewhat questionable area. However, that was exactly as expected. We needed an inexpensive place to sleep and shower, staying less than 12 hours on a road trip to somewhere else. The room was very clean, bed was comfy. Young man at front desk was kind and professional. Perfect for our needs.

Very good, with minor glitches

The rooms are excellent. The bathrooms are tiny, except for the wash basin counter. The light in the bathroom is bad. The bathroom door interferes with the toilet boal. The parking lot is difficult to get into and most of it is very dark.
