The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was good in terms of going to nearby tourist sights and driving into Duluth for the day. Humidity built up in the room and all our clothes felt damp -- better ventilation would help.

Ok hotel

Hotel could use updates in the bathroom. Mold in our tub and sink. Hot tub was broken. The main reason for booking at this hotel was for hot tub. Website does not mention hot tub broken.

The staff during our visit was exceptional!! Very helpful and accommodating. Fresh coffee was available at 3pm , which is unusual for hotels. Once again, I can't say enough good things about the staff.
