Holiday Inn Express Hotel Dublin Airport

We had a very long layover flight and booked this hotel for some sleep. The front desk was great. They even called to order us a pizza at midnight because we were starving. The room was quiet and clean and comfortable. The included breakfast the next morning was fantastic. The only problem we had was making our way to the airport pick up spot. The directions were confusing and we ended up waiting over an hour to catch the shuttle.

Greeted at entry and enquired about transportation on exit. Clean rooms and prompt response to items in need.

We arrived VERY Late at night an only needed a few hours rest before our plane departed. The staff was helpful and friendly. We asked for a 2:30 a.m. wake up call and when I very sleepily handled the call I did so incorrectly. The staff followed up by sending someone to know on the door to be sure we were awake! Very grateful for their thoroughness.

I spent 3 days in central Dublin but had an early morning flight out. This hotel near the airport was wonderful.

Very convenient to airport. Clean and simple and a great value. BBC Hmm

We booked a 3 bedroom unit, when we arrived they gave us 2 twins for 3 adults. Only to find out their hotel does not have 3 bed rooms. Update orbitz website!!

The Holiday Inn Express Dublin Airport was perfect for our one night stay prior to flying out of Dublin airport. The staff was the highlight of this hotel and were helpful, informative, and very accommodating. The rooms are rather basic, but met our expectations and needs for the night. The shuttle and included breakfast added to the convenience of our stay.

Great for our overnight between flights. It was clean, quiet and convenient. Also, it was just off bus route into the city.

Stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Santry for a week at the end of August/beginning of September. Perfect location for our purposes - we had business on the north side of Dublin. Only a few minutes from the care hire return area, and a few minutes more to the airport proper. Also minutes away from the M50 motorway which was handy for a trip out to the country. The bar downstairs was handy as well as the bar and restaurant next door at the Crowne Plaza - could have a drink in the evening and not have to worry about driving. Breakfast bar in the morning was good although menu was limited and never changes. Hot items are scrambled eggs, sausages (proper sausages, yum), and beans. Secure lockbox in room was handy for storing passports, cash, etc, but we found the room to be a little small and storage space for clothes was extremely limited. The weather was mild while we were there, so it was nice that the window in the room opened to let in some fresh air. Parking in garage next door requires ready supply of Euro coins, and nothing below 50 cents. Rate is €6 a day, but if you're in and out a lot, you may end up paying more, although the desk at the Crowne Plaza will reimburse you for overage, apparently (first 2 hours of any parking-stay are free).

The hotel is much nicer than Holuday Inns in the U.S. The restaurant at the hotel connected to it (they don't have their own full service restaurant) is excellent!

Hotel was convenient to airport and modern with reasonably comfortable beds and nice amenities. 110V USA power was nice but didn't work in one of our rooms. Hotel staff was inconsistent. They took our credit card for charging privileges in restaurant and parking but didn't apply it to our room so we could not charge to the room. Disappointed we couldn't get IHG points because we booked through Orbitz. Breakfast was good but boring - same things every day. Hotel shuttle was on time per schedule.

Had a pleasant stay. Didn't get to use the shuttle since it started at 4 am and we had to be at the airport by 3:30. The staff was nice, courteous, and extremely helpful.

It was an adequate hotel for a short term stay before leaving early the next morning. It's near the airport and they have a shuttle.

It was a decent, clean room very close to the Dublin airport with airport transfer available. Great for a one-night stay with early morning airport departure.

Great hotel near the airport. Not the best for tourist activities downtown but it was a fine conference venue. The breakfast food was fine but not great.

we chose this hotel ias our last night in Dublin to be near the airport and have the shuttle. it was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the bedding was perfect!

We asked to change from the handicapped accessible room. We had no need for it and we were not asked if we wanted it. Both of the rooms were for four people and had one double bed and a pull out love seat for the 3rd and 4th person. Both of the beds were broken and not made up.

Disappointed in the breakfast. There wasn't any bacon and my husband is celiac so he couldn't have the sausages.

Overnight before flying back to US. Clean room. Airport shuttle convenient. Crowne Plaza next door provided good dinner experience.

While the people who work at this hotel were kind and helpful, a few things were missing, faulty, or downright problematic. The ice machine on my floor was off. Thankfully, the one on the next floor worked. The showerhead leaked and sprayed me when I turned on the water; frankly, I was expecting (and hoping for) a bathtub, not a stand-up shower stall. WIFI worked fine. The shuttle issue was the worst. I requested one for seven, but the one which pulled up next door at the Crowne Plaza filled up, and the driver asked a meber of the Holiday Inn staff to request cabs or another shuttle. We waited outside in the cold for half an hour until the same shuttle driver came back, amazed we were still there. Had I missed my flight because of this< Holiday Inn would have been on the hook for a serious airfare recompensation.
