"The front desk staff was rude and unprofessional. That was weird because she was the only one with that attitude. Also, we have been before and the lady's were great. The restaurant service was also very disappointing. We waited 38 minutes just for someone to take our order, and when the food arrived, the order was incorrect. Thankfully, the manager acknowledged the issue and kindly provided the meal complimentary. On a positive note, the room and surrounding areas were clean."

"I'm going to list both good and bad things separately. Here are the good things: 1. The room was pretty clean. 2. we had enough towels and the other accessories. 3. HVAC system was pretty good. Here are the bad things: 2. Only one elevator for the entire hotel and there was a long wait every time we needed the elevator. 2. Few of the food items were out at breakfast and it took a while to get those filled up. 3. We brought an aluminum foil tray full of chicken rice with us, which we put at the top in that small refrigerator. Next day we noticed that the whole tray of rice was completely frozen. It was extremely inconvenient. I found the temperature was set at the 'Maximum' (coldest) prior to our stay. I had absolutely no idea that this tiny refrigerator can freeze a whole tray of rice (approximately 7-8 plates) like that. 4. The bath tub has a faulty design, which causes some water always stay right in the middle. So overall, it wasn't a pleasant stay. I'm not one of those people that always complain. I just mentioned what exactly I have experienced."
