Everything this was sold out in Casper and Super 8 had room and was a nice surprise. Fire tv was a bonus

NIcely renovated. Breakfast wasn't available so we were given 2 $5 McDonalds gift cards for two people and two days; nice gesture but left a lot to be desired for breakfast. Very friendly staff.

Staff was Pleasant, Accommodating & Professional Room was very clean We will visit this facility again when in the area!!!
Was late getting breakfast out. She was still in her house slippers. Waited at the desk until she was done with breakfast. She said what do you want, I said i would like to pay in cash, her response was you should have thought about that when you checked in. Her attitude and appearance were GROSS. I noticed the hotel was owned by a foreign corporation and probably didn't care who they hired.
My crew wanted to move to another hotel because it was rough, but they wouldn't let us out what we'd signed up for.
Didn't spend much time at the hotel but it was a really nice place.
The room was very dirty. The ceiling needed to be re plastered.
Not hard to find, but could be spruced up on outside. Hotel desk employee rude and inexperieneced. She was slow to check in first guest and had two waiting but insisted on telling all about her dog. Didn't believe I really paid online for the room though I showed her the printout off the site saying I paid. Asked again the next morning when we left if we really paid. Two lights out in the room and refrigerator not cold though the room was clean. Shower and heater/air conditioning was fine. Had room safe, microwave and hair dryer. Overall wished we would have stayed elsewhere and saved money. As for the continental breakfast ceral was either raisin bran or fruitloops, juice - orange or apple, some premade waffles I think next to the bran muffins and bagels. Other items were coffee, instant coco.

Dear Guest thank you for your review. We at the Super 8 in Douglas like to hear how we can better serve our guest. I have been requesting biscuit and gravy for awhile now, I will bring it up to the owners again and I'll keep trying hopefully on your next visit we will have the biscuits and gravy.

We at the Super 8 appreciate reviews when they are factual and help us to better serve our guests. However I believe your statements to be rude, racist, and totally unnecessary. Your practice of making critical, potentially humiliating comments is not something we take lightly and just shows your true nature. You showed the internet what a very judgmental arrogant person your can be. We take pride in our staff here at the Super 8. The owners happened to be every kind and caring people and so is our staff.
