Very nice facility, by far the nicest Super 8 I have ever stayed in. Nice comfy bed, big bathroom, no strange smells. We would definitely stay again!!
The only issue we had was the man we spoke to on the way there was quite rude, but when we got there everyone was very nice. Room was very nice very clean ans I LOVE the hardwood type flooring instead of carpet. The bed spread / blanket needs an update but they were clean. And the ice machine disnt work on our floor but other than that we would stay here again. Restaurants are close location is good.
I guess i should have specified that i did not wanted to be in a smokers hotel. It was hard to sleep because of he strong cigarette smell all over the room.
Everything was clean and professional. Hotel was recently upgraded. Pool was wonderful. The hotel staff was friendly and informative. They allow dogs. I was very please with my two night stay!
Bed dirty. Pubic hair fluids on bed. Staff not nice at all and disrespectful. Manager not there during normal hours. Staff had no time for him or her to return. Parking lot not clean. The bed looked like had never been changed. horrible experience would not recommend staying at this Super 8
I reserved 6 rooms in Dickson Tn for a family reunion. 2 rooms checked out right away for problems with rooms. Another party left one night early Mattresses were stained and hairs were found. My own room my bath towels were folded while wet and laid on counter as new towels. The general manager was very rude she. I inquired about billing. Told me to call orbitz/Expedia to cancel when everyone checked in on their own credit cards as I did not pay Orbitx but wax to pay at hotel. Never will stay at this location again. Trying to share photos but link not working.
None of the security doors worked at back of hotel. There were burn holes in comforter and on sink in bathroom. Very outdated. This place needs a complete remodel. Worst hotel I've stayed at in 5 years of traveling across country for work.
The beds were very uncomfortable and the shower was dirty. The overall look of the facility was dirty. Very disappointing.
The covers had holes...my child woke up with bug bites and there were dead bugs in the dresser.
The check in was easy. The ladies were great on directions for other places. The gentleman on night audit was awesome when I needed help with a new glucose meter.. all in all the staff was awesome. They had everything I could possibly need. Iron... ironing board. Hair dryer... loved the marble bathroom sink.

Friendly, courteous staff. Recently remodeled & clean, except room carpet. Couldn't see dirt, but clean new houseshoes were filthy after one night. Apparently several buyers were utilized for the remodel, however, because the shower curtain was hung too low, allowing the curtain to puddle in the tub; desk chair arms were too high; had already torn the leather (pleather?) by constant rubbing on the bottom of the desk drawer (shame because the colors & fabrics in the room really were nice). Overall: clean, comfortable room with an exceptionally comfortable bed. The best upgrade would be a hand held shower & safety bar(s). The present safety bar was too low to be useful.
The sheets were too small for the bed. We had to wrestle with them the first night. The second night I had them changed and it took the third set to get one that fit the bed. The room was a little small. We could have used a recliner or another easy chair.
Rooms not clean linens dirty would not recommend. Pillows were stained, linens were paper thin.
