The hotel had a security guard. Not sure if that made me feel safer or more nervous. Reasonably priced and was better than we were expecting. Nicely remodeled. The only issue we had was that our room was very damp. The air-conditioning had the room very cool but didn't get rid of the humidity. Would stay here again with family, not sure if I would stay here alone.

This hotel is away from the town look so but it was very comfortable clean we had no problems except for the pillows the pillows seem to be new and we're real fat and hard to use. Detroit Lake was beautiful I would definitely come back
