We got there at 3:00 check-in and were informed that they were short on cleaners and it would be a couple hours before our room was ready. we had a wedding to be at 3:30. we canceled and got a room at another nearby hotel which we were checked in immediately and made it to the wedding in time.

Bathroom walls need repairs. Badly. Pancskes in the breakfast room weren't very good. Most of the food was barely warm. Hot water for instant oatmeal was cold. We didn't eat breakfast there on the 2nd day.

Upon arrival into our room we discovered our bathroom appeared used. The soap was unwrapped and used. A hand towel was used and wash cloth was used. I talked to the front desk and said they are waiting to hear from Travelocity. I have not heard anything back from anyone.

Couple things that should be addressed. Toilet roll fell off immediately after touching it. The sides are too loose to hold spool. It will fall every time you touch it and work to put back on. Easier leaving it off. Also, sheer curtain only had one side. The other side was missing. Lastly, ther fan in bathroom sounded like a 747 was landong.

The room was very clean. The staff was very helpful as well. A real plus is thei morning breakfast that was hot and had a number of options. The location is also convenient, you're only a few miles away from everything in the city. The one recommendation I would give is that they would take care of some of the damage done to the hallway with their luggage carriers. My family and I will return. BTW, pet friendly.

The general manager was really nice and helpful! The breakfast attendant was amazing! Kind, helpful and friendly! She engaged in conversation with me and my 5 yo both days we were there, so sweet. Prebussing plates and cleaning tables promptly. Pool hours are from 6am-midnight! Clean, working hot tub! A+! 5☆

The cleaning staff was great. Unfortunately there was no butter and butter is very important and breakfast. There was only one man working the front desk on Monday. Checkout advertisement stated we were on the beach and we were not. Pictures did not include the fact that where you sit is outside. Looking at the highway there was no propane for the outside fire pit
