Very seldom do I leave reviews, but this time I was extremely disappointed with the room, it had stains on the wall, ice was in a different building, breakfast lacked, shower rain very slow, it took three or four flushes fir the toilet.

Our room had musty smell. The toilet leaked onto floor. One of rooms had stains on bed linens. We had outdoor entrance and air exchange outside of door was full of cigarette butts. Chose this hotel for pool. Arrived hot tub was cold, jets not working, sand all over bottom. Paint chipping on floors and onto my grandchild. Pool was filthy, bottom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in quite sometime and they were bugs and blobs of hair floating in pool. Reported to staff upon checkout and e-mailed company no reply received. Very disappointed in our stay

The room was clean, but the pictures of the pool area are misleading. The kids enjoyed using the slide, but the pool was gross (dead bugs and hair in it, the water looked brownish) and the hot tub was just warm.

While the hotel is a bit dated, it is clean and comfortable. The staff is incredible and the water slide was really fun for the kids. We really enjoyed our stay!

The office/breakfast area was decorated very nicely for fall. Plenty of parking and limited noise. The room we stayed in was clean. However, the drapes were in disrepair. The entry mat was wet. The entry door had chipped paint.

The staff were friendly and helpful, but the condition of the room was very dated. The room had a smell that seemed like old smoke. Our toilet didn't work and ran continuously. The back side of the hotel was in desperate need of paint. The breakfast was decent.

The rooms were really nice and well managed. The staff was really nice and the breakfast had lots of options which was nice. Only complaint was that the pool and hot tub looked pretty grimy and like they hadnt been maintained in a while. Other than that it was a great place to stay!

The bed mattress need to update. Also the breakfast is not good. Need more hot breakfast and not have any fresh fruits. Also the tv need to update to get bigger size and the internet is bad. We not satisfied and no cable.
