The hotel was decorated so beautifully for Fall. I wanted to sit in from of the lobby fireplace and read a book.. was so cozy. Staff at check in and check out were friendly and efficient. Breakfast had so many great options and the coffee was hot and delish. I will definitely go there again… hopefully soon!

We came to go swimming but Hotels . Com failed to notify me the pool is shut down and has bugs in it. I would not have booked if o knew that. I’ve been a member for 15 years but this is the last time I book through this site customer service told me the could not get hold of someone at the hotel which was incorrect because they were waiting for a call. I’m done!!

Breakfast was good, parking was fine, the sidewalk was full of snow, in front of door of our room. We got very little sleep due to other guests being drunk and loud and unruly, staff did address it, but guests continued to be obnoxious. Screaming yelling pounding on things, the adults that were suppose to be supervising the minor hockey players were drunk as well. One of the most horrble stays i have had.
