The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with directions or any requests we had. The hotel is definitely family-friendly, with spacious rooms and a convenient setup that works well when traveling with kids. The location is also great for exploring the city. The only area that could use some improvement is the breakfast. Overall, a good choice for families looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Montreal. "

"This is a beautiful historic property. It is an absolute pleasure to stay here and the staff were lovely. the breakfast buffet was outstanding, and Marc gave us wonderful service both days. The only complaint we have is that the 6th floor has the pool, and staying in any of the rooms in the hallway leading up to the pool was quite loud at times. Parents letting their kids run down the hall yelling and people having loud conversations. We called and let the hotel know. We would strongly suggest to the hotel to put signage at the start of this hallway requesting consideration for the guests staying in this hallway. While we understand it is a family friendly hotel, it is also a 5-star hotel and efforts should be made to provide a peaceful experience. "
