This Parisian styled huge studio apartment is in the heart of Downtown Des Moines. This secured building offers an elevator, WiFi, & Rokiu TV. Explore the Sculpture Park across the street or head to Big Grove Brewery just steps away. Your central location puts you within walking distance of all downtown attractions. Plenty of parking on all sides of the building . The spacious studio features a comfy queen bed, full kitchen, and a separate laundry room.

The Argonne building is in a great spot downtown at the end of Grand. Close enough to the night life, but far enough and quiet enough to relax and unwind. PERFECT spot for traveling medical professionals - 5-7 minutes to all the downtown hospitals. Also blocks away from Gateway Park - where multiple DSM festivals are held.

No hot water was a deal breaker

Basic small studio in old well secured elevator building. Creaky wood floors made me not want to move around too much but was not bothered by noise from upstairs; nice quiet space beside that. Metal mini-blinds only on windows (no light blocking curtain) and early 10 am check out make this space best for early risers.

This property was in the optimal spot in downtown Des Moines , walkable or short drive to any big hubs spots. The owner was easy to communicate with and pleasant ! Parking was right out front but you do have to pay .50 per hour from 9-9 Monday - Saturday .
