Everything was perfect. The only thing that could be improved is the parking situation. We do not favor "Valet Parking" and wish there were another option that would allow guests to park close to the hotel in a secure parking space.

The area was chosen because of the no pets in hotel . I’m allergic to dogs and cats. However there were several dog staying with guests in the building. Your description states (no pets).

The hotel was very nice overall and the room was great. The property listing states "free self-parking." While this is technically true, the parking lot was about a half mile walk from the hotel, which was not mentioned on the property listing. Also, we checked in very late in the evening and all hotel doors were locked and we had to bang on the doors for several minutes before someone finally came out to let us in. This person told us about the parking situation and informed us that it would cost $40 to "valet" park overnight. She did not know where the free lot was located and also told us that the valet attendant is off duty so basically we should pay $40 to self park our car on the street in front of the property overnight.
