Avoid if you are driving!!

This hotel should not be listed on 3rd party booking sites if it is going to treat people like 3rd party citizens. Also there is NO actual parking. They claim there is a garage but it is 4++ blocks away 10-12 min walk through a poorly lit area. The Valet is an additional $39/night. And the "free garage" requires so many steps you end up paying $3 an hour to be there anyway because their instructions are downright wrong. The staff Tashea or Tayshay...Anglo young lady with an aweful attitude... should be fired there are so many reviews about how badly she treats people. The food and the restaurant were awesome. But they are a whole other business I gave a good review. Stay somewhere else and go eat at the common good...but for the love of customer service the Valet needs to be included in the price of the room...the additional $40/night is heinous considering you have no actual Parking upon arrival. God forbid it were the serious summer or Denver depth of winter ....OR NIGHTTIME!

A lovely hotel. Just steps to Anchutz medical center. Can take the train from the Denver airport if u can walk a few blocks to thw hotel in a nice area.
