This property is lovely. The lobby is warm and welcoming, with tasteful decor and a European flair. The staff is friendly, professional and responsive. Our room is clean, comfy and well designed. There is nothing else like this property anywhere nearby. We would stay again.

Great staff and beautiful rooms. The lounge and restaurant in-house were lovely for late-evening drinks or dinner. Morning coffee in the east-end lounge is a great way to start the morning and catch up with emails and news. Breakfast is available in the restaurant if you are hungry and on the go.
It felt like the property just opened up and had a lack of staff and a lack of experience. Keys didn't work every day, staff didn't know the answers to basic questions. Understaffed, only one person working the front at any time. Has the potential to be a nice hotel, but they need to train more staff and get a more professional capable vibe going.
