Lodo for a month

Excellent downtown location easy walking distance to restaurants, shopping, Union station, and ballpark. Secure and safe. Covered garage parking. Caretaker was responsive to some minor issues.

We stayed for six weeks. Property was clean, well-appointed, great location and the property manager was very responsive to issues/requests. Condo unit was very warm at night (needed to turn on AC in winter) and the lack of shades on sliding door presented heat, glare and morning sunshine issues. Other than that, we loved it!

Solid with room for some improvement

Decent place with a couple of flaws. There are no blinds in the living room. This makes it difficult to work at points during the day as the desk is by the window. Also, the way the bedroom is situated means sunlight starts streaming into the bedroom at sunrise. Quite stunning, but im still waking up at 5am two weeks after leaving! The place was largely clean, but inside of the drawers in the bedroom were dirty. Otherwise, solid place. Quick walk to all the restaurants on 16th.
