the property was old not not well kept. heater in 1st room smelled and the staff then moved us to another room and the heat ran all the time even with it was turned down to 64??? not comfortable as there was 1 old chair and a desk chair and bed.... Husband did like the mattress.
I wish there we so many more of these. I just need cheap and clean and reasonably comfortable. In fact, I could have a twin bed in 1/2 the space. Totally worth it traveling without wife and kids.
Bathtub clogged. No water pressure in sink.

Used to be able to smoke in the rooms, cant do that any more when they changed the name. The outside parking lot was wayyy sketchy, was worried about the druggies in the parking lot breaking into my car. This hotel has gone way down hill.
Simple. Clean first time aonth ago. This time smelled of smoke and toilet was not cleaned second day. Furniture etc in good shape. Had microwave and frig which was convenient. Front desk young guy very helpful (worked day shift July 17&18). Fast food including waffle house, nearby but no restaurants. 2 bars. Both very loud if you like that. Our group wanted to talk so did not go in
My impression is this is a local boarding house more than a hotel. There were clearly regulars in a number of rooms. I was given a key to somebody else’s occupied room fortunately nothing came of me entering another guest space. The water pressure was almost nonexistent and The whole place definitely smelled of smoke which surprised me since it is a Non-smoking facility. Oh did I mention they tried to get me to pay a $50 deposit over and above my prepaid room. Apparently their regulars cause room damage and therefore they require a damage deposit. I did not pay that…

The only real issue with my stay was the Bed. Please improve. Your Staff was Great. As well as, your breakfast & wifi. Location was truly beautiful, seeing Castle Rock scenery daily.
