Friendly staff! Comfortable beds! Good location!

I was very impressed. The breakfast was the best that I've had a a hotel.

Very nice very clean hotel next to outlet shopping and restaurants. They have the most amazing, friendly staff!! Provides clean eating area with nice breakfast, laundry room and small store.

Nice hotel - convenient quick breakfast and location

hotel was ok but not up to usual hampton standards. bed was very firm and uncomfortable. breakfast was disappointing with few options. first day was eggs and some type of bagel with egg on it, no meat, second day eggs were again watery with some kind of cheap sausage. finally had bacon the 3rd day which was ok but wasnt really cooked all the way. prolly wont stay here again as breakfast was thew main reason we stayed here and we ended up having to go and eat out anyway so the extra money spent at this hotel would have been better saved for food and then stayed across the street at the days in which we have stayed at before and have much more comfortable beds

Toilet was broken. Fitness center was three machines, one of which was broken. Have to say I was a little disappointed in the hotel because of these issues.

I have stayed numerous times at this Hampton Inn and always enjoyed my stay. This time I stayed in room 117 (don't ever agree to this). This room had a broken cable box (the front office staff replaced immediately), had dark curtains that did not close all the way so the AC unit fan would not be blocked. The actual track on the ceiling stops so there was no intent to ever be able to close the blinds completely. To top off the room was that fact that outside our room was a spotlight that shined on the hotel. This light was so bright and without black out curtains that closed all the way, left us in our room trying to sleep with a spot light casting significant light in our room. We made the reservation weeks in advance and when we got their the staff made a comment about the hotel being full. (I'm skeptical and it made me wonder if this is the room we were given since we did not call Hampton directly). Do not accept room 117 ever!

Clean and quiet, the room was very nice and the bath was very clean. Breakfast was varied and very good also, the front desk was very nice morning and evening.

The hotel makes it easy to get around because it is just off the interstate - the staff was extremely helpful and friendly - nice accommodations - plenty of hot water - the buffet breakfast was WONDERFUL each morning

Walked in that evening with my Orbitz print out that assures me I do not need to call and confirm reservations. Hampton says they never heard of me, Orbitz never contacted them! - they are full up. sorry!

Hotel was very nice once got here. Coming was challenging as the address with you was wrong. When the GPS said we reached our destination we were in the middle of no where. We called the hotel when we got some service and the person gave us wrong directions . We turned around and travelled back 45 miles only thing to be told we were heading in the correct direction. Ok a mistake ? When I told the manager the next day he saidI just had that happen 2 days ago. I suggested he train his people on giving directions and he said he would. Hope he does my wife and I missed out on a night at the Canyon . His response sorry. This is why I felt compelled to write this . Thanks for the retirement memories.

Great service, staff extremelly friendly. Breakfast was ok.

It is refreshing to book a hotel room knowing that the Hotel will meet or exceed your expectations! This stay was no different. From accommodating my request for an early check-in to the comfort of the room I felt that I could be more than comfortable. The hot breakfast was great as well.

Great overall. Nice people clean room comfy bed. Could not ask for more. Highly recommended.

When we arrived we were greeted and given room 222. The room smelled of disinfectant so we requested another room. The wrk was happy to oblige and even asked what we would prefer. The next room was great. The breakfast bar offered something for everyone.

I did want to inform you that all Hilton properties are required to have black out curtains in every room. Some Hilton properties have black out curtains that roll down and some Hilton properties, like us, have the ones that you pull together. Our black out curtains are located behind the stationary drapes that you were referring to. For any future stays at any Hilton properties please let the front desk know when you are having trouble locating the black out curtains. The front desk will be more than happy to help you locate them so that you can get a good night sleep with no lights shining through the windows.
