This is an amazing hotel. Staff was so friendly and helpful. The rooms comfortable and clean. The complimentary breakfast was well stocked and the complimentary 24 hour coffee was appreciated. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

A wonderful place to stay

We stayed there earlier this month to be near my wife’s brother who died at the end of our stay. We received nothing but courtesy, consideration and kindness from the staff. I returned this weekend to help close down my deceased brother-in-law’s apartment. I received the same wonderful treatment as before.

The Holiday Inn & Express in Castle Rock is a very nice property. The hotel is clean and inviting. Breakfast is pretty good :) The desk staff was terrific. My main complaint is with housekeeping. We stayed for 7 days and asked for housekeeping twice. The first time everything seemed fine. The second time, they didn't change the sheets, or clean the bathroom at all. They did supply two clean towels and a shower mat. I had to go to the desk to ask for hand towels, toilet paper and Kleenex which had been empty both times they cleaned. My main reason for choosing Holiday Inn & Express is because they have a NO PET policy. I am very allergic to animals.
