We stayed as a family of five and this three-level townhome was superb. The ample number of bathrooms was a big plus, water was always hot, kitchen and appliances seem brand new, and everyone loved how soft and welcoming the beds were after a day of CO adventuring. Oh, and speaking of adventuring- washer/dryer were also pristine and so great to have for doing laundry during the stay. Wins all around for amenities and comfort!The location is wonderful, providing a safe space for a family with kids- that’s also just minutes away from great coffee and restaurants on Tennyson or a quick Walmart run (about five minutes away). Def book this one! We were so glad we did.
Two families with children shared this clean, modern, townhouse in the Berkley neighborhood of Denver. Plenty of space for activities at home, and close enough to activities like hiking, playgrounds, snow skiing and pickle ball. The host was friendly and accomodating.

This home was our basecamp for a girls trip in Denver. It had everything we needed and more, the beds were comfortable and it was spotless upon arrival. Nice and peaceful area with just a 10 minute Uber to all the hustle and bustle. We all loved our stay here and will definitely be back.

I spent 6 nights in this home during the winter weather. Don't underestimate the value of having a garage to park in when it snows. You'll appreciate it most in the morning when your car is dry and clear of ice after the snow melts then refreezes overnight. Also there is plenty of parking in front of the unit too.This home is absolutely beautiful and has everything you need including a very nice washer/dryer set. The host has made sure the kitchen has what you'll need to cook and supplied a very nice toiletry set to get you going. The beds are comfortable with soft sheets, and the towels are also nice quality. There are also plenty of snuggling blankets.There is a nice deck off the kitchen that provides a beautiful view. I found myself staring at the snow-covered mountains and the two lakes I could see that are a short walk away. You can even see a few of the downtown high rises like the cash register building.This location is really wonderful, too. It's an easy ride to the airport and offers quick routes to downtown Denver. What I really loved about the location though is just driving down Lowell to the Highlands area - wow the restaurants and shops there are the best. One day I hopped on Tennyson and rode down until I found those neighborhood shops and restaurants. This is one of the best things about this location...catching the really incredible restaurants that are in the neighborhoods before downtown. Even ride along 38th over to Sloans Lake or go Zuni to hop on Speer to downtown. There are so many options along the way. My main point here is take the city streets to downtown when you have time and discover the pearls along the way.Shopping is also close by whether you need Safeway or Walmart or want to take a short drive to Westminster for every more options including Trader Joe's - all within a few miles.The host was very responsive when I had a couple of questions at the start of my stay. I will definitely b
