Breathtaking 3 acre gated private estate is being offered to those who have a need for “more”. The property is situated between two large horse properties and only 2 miles from the Denver Technological Center (DTC) and 15 minutes to downtown. This home has 9,000 square feet of living space, 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, 4 fireplaces, 20 seat State Of The Art Theater, all backing to the High Line canal (60 mile walk/bike path).

I am often asked about hosting events at my home. I would like to limit the number of guests at the property to 30 and 20 overnight. Not interested in hosting wedding receptions.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 7 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 6 bedrooms and a dining area.
