Everything was great and the hotel was very accommodating.
Great location just 15 min from Denver. Room was clean and spacious. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was good, but would have liked more fresh fruit. This was the perfect place for us - central to all of our explorations. Very convenient.

We arrived earlier than expected but they had early check in. We waited maybe 20min but the waiting room had a pool table we played with while we waited. The staff was very nice. We had everything we needed in our room included extra towels.
This place was a perfect stay for us. I love the fact that it was in the middle of everything that worked out for us. Target, restaurants, movie theater and shopping needs. I do wish that the pool was working. It was iced cold and the water heater in the pool was broken. Other than that. We would be coming back.

We rented an ADA suite for my 92-year-old mother and it was amazing. The bathroom was huge with bars everywhere, a pocket door to facilitate walkers and wheelchairs, they even provided a removable shower chair. The suite was large and the kitchen even had a dishwasher. The beds were amazing. And the best part, the tub/shower had HOT water. That may seem like a smaller thing but most hotels have regulators making it impossible to get more than a a tepid shower. The location is perfect with a target right across the parking lot and several decent restaurants within blocks. Most comfortable hotel we’ve stayed in.
The options surrounding this hotel were perfect - shopping, multiple restaurants, brewery, breakfast, etc. Fantastic!

Dear Michael, We sincerely regret your experience; we never intend to relocate any guests. Our inventory levels change by the minute due to guests extending their stays, rooms being taken out of order for maintenance, etc. and sometimes we just can't fulfill all room reservations onsite. I'm sorry we disappointed you and I'm sure that was frustrating after a long day of travel. We strive to provide a fantastic experience to all our guests, and we clearly missed our goal.
