The staff was great when we asked for assistance with a couple of things. The one thing that we didn't like was the pillows, they needed to be firmer for us.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

Room temperature was great and I liked the breakfast menu.

Heating/Cooling unit tied to wall thermostat. Could regulate heating and cooling ok, but the fan ran constantly with no way to shut it off. Caused room to be noisy and sleeping difficult. Toilet handle was constantly coming off making it difficult to flush the toilet. For the price, they should have a complementary breakfast. Had to pay for everything at the Bistro. Not a great value place to stay.

CLean , Convinient. Easy access to all of Denver. Direct off highway

Odd location to get to but very nice staff and very comfortable. IF you are a tea drinker - take your own tea bags for the room. Only coffee is furnished

My family and I stayed 5 nights at this hotel and it was great. Hotel was nice and staff was friendly.

Hotel exceeded expectations. I chose it without knowing the area at all, and the location is only ok, but that is not the hotel's fault. I just would have preferred somewhere that I could run outside. It is right on kind of a freeway and has only businesses around it. The staff was beyond compare. I would like to particularly say that Sam is fantastic! Nick also made my trip and stay wonderful. All of the fixtures are upgraded/new/well taken care of. All look sparling new. The fitness room has free weights and great treadmills, and the pool and hot tub were very nice. The value is marked as a 4 only because I thought $9 for breakfast was a little much. Can't wait to see Sam and Nick again on my next trip! Thanks!

The room was clean, staff was friendly and the amenities were well maintained. Unfortunately you have to pay for your breakfast. Either a la carte or buffey style. Free coffee through out the day. No bar in the hotel. If visiting Lakewood this hotel is in a good location. I noticed some rooms have balcanies. This was not advertised so if you want to open a window or have a smoke with out going all the way outside you may want to request one in advance.

This hotel was just what we needed. We were visiting friends so we just needed a clean nice place to stay. The beds were comfortable and our request(for a crib) was met immediately. Even though we didn't have time to use it, the pool and hot tub looked great. I wish they had a complimentary breakfast instead of an all you can eat at an extra cost. I don't like to pay $8.99 for breakfast when all I want is a bowl of cereal and some coffee. Pretty nice place.

Room cleaning was average......wish there were more food options. General manager was very friendly.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. The pool had to much chlorene. We still have sore eyes a day after swimming. But for the most part everything was great.

Was overall a nice stay, however, the rooms are not very well soundprooofed and so we had a lot of noise over the night. Also, the rooms were generally clean, but more attention needs to be paid to the bathroom/shower area!
