Location is perfect if visiting Red Rocks. Outstanding, friendly and helpful staff at front desk, kitchen, and bar. The facility is outdated, but clean. The neighborhood offers some dining locations, but is not a walkable neighborhood. Watch for undisclosed fee for late check-out.
Our air conditioning was not working well and we were not comfortable. Our sheets and towels smelled like they had been stored near cigarette smoke.

Pros: Great location to shopping areas, close to major streets. The hotel staff are lovely. Room furinture layout is good. The bed was comfy. A separate sink is handy. Good water pressure Cons: The bathroom itself was small. We had to stand between the toilet and the shower stall to close/open the bathroom door. If it opened outwards, instead of inwards, it wouldnt be a problem. The room carpet needs to be replaced. There are worn out spots, but they are small.
I chose this hotel due to the reviews. It was clean and safe and I was very satisfied with my room. The bed was very comfy!! Our check in was smooth but the guy who checked is in didn’t engage and didn’t smile at all. This is minor and who knows what was happening for him that day! Anyway, nice place!
Hotel was close enough for us to attend the Red Rocks concert we had booked.
very nice facility with the friendliest staff you'll find anywhere. only stayed one short night as we went to Red Rocks for a concert that night. This location was close to that so that was a plus too. Yes, we would stay again!
House keeping was reduced staff and the card readers on the exterior doors didnt work. It was a significant hassle.

This was a fun themed hotel with all the dinosaurs. It was clean and quiet and close to restaurants.
Booked 2 suites only provided one. Pool was dirty, phone didnt work, room had cigarette burns in floor. Peeling paint as well. Trash was littered throughout property.
