We learned about this property through a conversation with our waitress who was going for her birthday. We decided it looked amazing so we booked a trip just for fun, a staycation. We had no idea how absolutely incredible this property was. It is truly magical and the attention to detail is superbly impressive. It’s spotless, so inviting, and all of the extras such as robes, slippers, smore station, and a million other things made our stay one to remember. John is a fantastic communicator and we very flexible and understanding when we had to change our dates. I can’t wait to go back!

John's house is truly magical. It transports guests to a serene yet invigorating environment. The technology was incredible. The backyard felt like a fantasy world. Every detail inside and out is carefully curated. Grandson loved the secret room, VR, the woozier vest, sauna, ice plunge, and the gym. Daughter loved her bedroom. I loved the chess set, the kaleidoscope, and the coffee table book. John is a gracious host who provided helpful information. He has also posted QR codes and directions to guide guests seamlessly. We appreciated the welcome surprise, the best stocked pantry, and the thoughtful touches throughout. We will definitely stay here next time we're in Colorado. Words honestly don't do justice to just how awe inspiring this house is. Thank you, John, for sharing the world you've created.

Family Wedding
We absolutely loved this amazing home! Our family came to Colorado for a wedding and it was the perfect spot us. The place is immaculate and well stocked with nearly everything you can imagine! We loved the special and creative touches seen throughout and especially enjoyed the massage chair. We definitely would stay here again and would recommend this home to others.

The perfect experience with a killer host
My recent stay at this property was truly exceptional and stands out as the best rental experience I have ever had. The host's responsiveness and attentiveness to any questions or requests I had were remarkable. Not only did he ensure that my birthday celebration was personalized and memorable, but he also went above and beyond to accommodate my friends, creating a magical experience for all of us.
The house itself was nothing short of spectacular. The ambiance was a perfect balance of zen and fun, providing a space that was both tranquil and enjoyable to stay in. My friends and I had a fantastic time engaging in activities like chess, poker, and relaxing in the sauna. Every moment spent there was truly delightful, and the feedback from my friends echoes my sentiments – they had an incredible time as well.
Without a doubt, I am already looking forward to returning to this property, as it serves as the ideal oasis for hosting gatherings. The proximity to various attractions and adventures in Colorado only adds to its appeal, offering a convenient location for exploring the best that the area has to offer. I only wish we had a concert to attend during our stay, given how perfectly situated the property is for accessing some of Colorado's most amazing experiences.
In summary, my stay at this property was unforgettable, and I am eager to revisit this remarkable retreat in the future. Worth every penny!

Great experience!
Was hosted at this amazing property and you will not regret booking this stay! The interior is beautifully decorated with TONS of cool surprises throughout the home.
The movie theater was amazing but the outdoor themed decorations & yard were our favorite part! The sauna and cold plunge are such wonderful additions that you won’t often find in stays - especially so close to Denver! Would absolutely stay again in a heartbeat!
