Enjoy the ultimate getaway with a private hot tub, barrel sauna, 500 sq. ft. gym + Peloton, two fire pits, and a fenced-in yard for outdoor fun. Unwind in the master bath’s luxurious tub or watch your favorite shows on the outdoor TV. Located in a safe, walkable neighborhood. EV charger

This is our primary residence, but we love to share it with our guests when we are out of town. We hire a professional cleaning team to ensure the house is ready for our guests.

The Kitchen is fully stocked with anything you would need to cook a home meal (Air fryer, Instapot, endless baking dishes, Nespresso, Keirug, Coffee maker etc)

There are 4 TV's throughout the house. Also, there is a massive game cupboard with over 50 games to play with the family.

Relax outside under the patio with the fire going and heat lamps (if needed), out by the fire pit, in our jacuzzi or down in the large basement watching a show or playing on the large game table.

The neighborhood is very safe and perfect for taking a dog on a walk. There is a beautiful park 1 block away complete with jungle gym and walking path.

There is an amazing French bakery called Detour .5 miles away and a great Family-friendly restaurant called Esters a 5 min walk away.

This is our primary residence, but we love to share it with our guests when we are out of town. We hire a professional cleaning team to ensure the house is ready for our guests. The house is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

This home was the perfect place for us to stay while visiting Denver. It was just as pictured and described in the listing. It was very comfortable, clean, and quiet and had plenty of space for us to spread out. We had everything we needed when we returned from exploring the area. The location was perfect for us! Communication with the owners was great with quick responses to my questions, easy check-in and check-out, and the welcome binder provided all of the information needed. Unfortunately, we did not have time to take advantage of everything offered outside, but we will be visiting Denver again and would definitely want to stay in this home and try the sauna and hot tub!

One of a KIND!!

From the moment we stepped into this gorgeous space to the moment we left, everything was above and beyond our expectations! The pictures truly don’t do this property justice—it felt like staying at a Ritz-Carlton. Every detail was thoughtfully designed, from the luxurious master bath to the excellent water pressure. The entire experience was seamless, and we can’t wait to stay here again in the future!

This property was everything we wanted and more. We were initially drawn to reserve this property because of the various amenities. After prior experiences at other VRBOs and hotels, we expected some of these to be out of order or unavailable. We were wrong. Everything worked exactly as described, with clear written instruction. What is more, Caleb (property owner) used money from his own pocket to fund a surprise I had for some the other guests. Caleb went above and beyond to ensure this stay was everything we wanted and more. Phenomenal property. Even better property management. 6/5 stars

Quiet neighborhood a close to drive to DU and Cherry Creek. Great for groups!

Well-stocked home with comfortable beds, plenty of linens, great showers, amazing Cross-fit gym, hot tub, sauna, fire pit, outdoor seating with covering, fan, heaters, and a tv-this was perfect for our family weekend visiting for a graduation at DU. Only things to improve upon would be providing hangers and a little closet space or more hooks to hang up clothes, providing tissues, and a deep cleaning to remove lint and dog hair. We had a WONDERFUL stay with our 80 yo grandparents (master bedroom and bath on first floor were great for them) and teenager who liked all the amenities.

Family Vacation

Caleb's house provided plenty of space to unwind and relax. The finished basement was a great place to enjoy supper, play board games, and enjoy a movie. The amenities were great! The gym, sauna, and hot tub were clean and convenient. The kitchen had everything we needed to feed the family. The park nearby was a great place to walk our dogs, there were great restaurants nearby, and the neighbors were helpful when we were stuck in 7 inches of snow. I highly recommend staying here!

The perfect getaway in Denver

This is the single best VRBO experience I’ve ever had, the patio is heated and a fenced in backyard for the pup was a delight. The basement made for the perfect spot to watch football, and game. It was 20 minutes from Mission Ballroom so super easy for concerts, the neighborhood is so quiet it was so peaceful. The hot tub, the sauna, and the stand-alone tub are enough to create a nirvana
