The place is easy to get to. House is nice and well furnished. Sadly we had a tough time with a couple important things. The kitchen sink was plugged up and we notified management the first morning of our stay. We continued to notify management of the problem with no fix. A bedroom window was broken out and literally smashed and as three women were traveling alone this was very concerning. Management was notified the morning I opened the shades and again never addressed. We were unable to use the kitchen sink or do dishes or use the dishwasher the entire stay and I didn’t sleep very well knowing my window was nothing more than a screen.Management offered a refund of 100.

Well taken care of property with plenty of room to spread out. We liked that it was close to the public transit so we could take the train to the places we wanted to go. Also, the hot tub and the fire pit area were great spaces to be able to unwind and relax.Our host reached out before we were there after we checked in and before we left to make sure everything went smoothly

Our family was quite comfortable in this Modern Denver Getaway. Our main reason for our trip to Colorado was to see a concert at Red Rocks. Eric Church did not disappoint, and neither did this house! It is in close proximity to the amphitheatre - only about a 20 minute drive. While in Denver, we also ventured to the towns of Aurora, Golden, Colorado Springs and Boulder. It was so nice to return to the house every evening for a good night of rest in comfortable beds and a clean space. My husband started each day in the hot tub with a cup of coffee while he waited for the rest of us to rise and shine, which he enjoyed. Outside was a beautiful gathering space around the fire pit for all. And our oldest daughter found the private office area outside the back bedroom to be the perfect space to see clients online one morning during our stay. The kitchen is stocked. We ate all dinners out, but breakfast and lunch were prepared at the house. If we return to the Denver area, we would definitely stay here again:) Thank you for your hospitality!

We enjoyed the house, with the exception of the air conditioner. It did not keep the house cool and management's response was "We provided you a fan". Apparently the back bedrooms never cool properly, but ours was a whole house issue. Part of the problem in the back bedrooms was a lack of blackout shades also.

Modern Denver Getaway

Very nice place to stay in the Denver area! We had a couple of issues with furniture/rug, but the host was very responsive and apologetic and it wasn't a big deal. We didn't get a chance to use the hot tub, but enjoyed sitting outside on the back patio. Beds were okay. Little touches, such as craftsmanship on some of the ceiling designs, were just gorgeous. Overall, we were very happy with the place.

Family Denver visit 2025

The property was centrally located to all the places we planned on visiting during our stay so it made our travel time less stressful. The home itself was suitable to our needs with a well stocked kitchen for cooking and nice sized bedrooms with plenty of closet space. The master bathroom was small but efficient. They didn't provide any Kleenex though so we had to substitute toilet paper when necessary. The property was very clean and provided enough amenities for a pleasant stay. The property had streaming service capabilities that we took advantage of and a backyard with a sitting area that we used to soak up some sun. The property lacked a supply of board games so we ended up buying a deck of cards. So if you are a family who likes to play games, you would have to provide your own. We had excellent communication back and forth when we had any questions before and during our stay. I would use this property again mostly because of its location, affordability, and cleanliness.

Your little oasis

This home is amazing. Everything it said it would be and more. Great flow, beautifully decorated, and best of all the best stocked kitchen ever. If you like to cook on your stay you have just about everything you will need. We can not say enough amazing things about the home. The hosts were amazing and checked how things were going. They were quick with the response. Would stay there again for sure. You should too.

Absolutely loved my stay at this location as a first time visitor to Denver! The space was impeccably clean and well-maintained, with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. From the fully equipped kitchen to the cozy living area, everything was top-notch. The location was unbeatable—conveniently close to local attractions, restaurants, and public transport. A great place for a laid back bachelorette weekend

I want to start off by saying this was the cleanest rental property I have stayed in. There were some spiderwebs on the front chairs and door which was specifically a concern of one of our party. This rental was well stocked in the restroom and kitchen.

A great place!

Great place!

Property was exactly as listed, property management very responsive to questions. Place was perfect for a group of adults visiting from the East Coast. Quiet dead end street, loved the hot tub and the fire pit. Beds were extremely comfortable. Very clean

Stayed with a group of friends for event at Red Rocks. Nice place with some amenities. Could have been cleaner, but everything was functional and the place was accommodating for our group. Good proximity to Red Rocks and easy travel for some day hikes too.

Denver getaway

We stayed here on a weeklong family trip to Denver - house was just as pictured, very clean and well furnished and a good amount of basic items provided. Location was convenient for getting to everything we wanted to do. Backyard with the firepit and hot tub is great for hanging out in the evenings.
