This house was perfect for us! We attended 2 nights at the Cervantes Ballroom and were able to walk to and from venue which was a bonus. Felt safe in the neighborhood, there was plenty of free street parking in front of home. House was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed.

Stop looking and book this property!
The description does not do it justice. Comfortable and cute. Spotless through and through. Even the coffee maker was clean! Well equipped kitchen. Very generous with extras in the kitchen. AC worked great! Nice outdoor space in back with front porch as well. Neighborhood is quiet. Close to a Safeway. Close to city park for those who want to take a run. Seamless communication with property owners. What else can I say? I’m not staying anywhere else when I go to Denver. Thanks for sharing your home.

Cute place, great location
The living room was nice and comfortable, and the kitchen well-equipped. The beds were comfy. If you're a light sleeper and are in the front bedroom, earplugs would be recommended.
Nice neighborhood - easy walk to some decent restaurants and groceries, and a short scooter ride to RiNo. Highly recommended. We'll be back if our travels bring us back to Denver.
