The pool and jacuzzi were closed it was 105 degrees I was there for two days!!! There were no irons and the toliet paper holder was gone and the roll of toilet paper had hardly any I had to ask for a new roll. The room was small, the mini frig leaked water and there was not any where to hang my clothes
The staff were basically helpful, but the room was not good. The floor was so filthy that the bottoms of my feet were "black" when I went to take a shower. The towels were thin to the point of thread bare, and I slept on top of the sheets/blankets because I had no idea if they had even been changed recently. This is the worst hotel I have ever spent time in. I would never recommend it to anyone.
Staff is really nice, the things I take away is the rooms were falling apart, stucco from the walls ,paint chips peeling from the walls, bathroom fans really loud and dirty, the stairs were dirty not vacuumed.Sounds from up other rooms. Overall if your looking to save dollars stay here, if you want a nice comfortable bed and much cleaner environment stay across the street.We just wanted to see the differences.I wouldn't stay here again.
The hotel is in a bad area and appears to be in the middle of remodeling as most of the room furniture was in the hallway. The room was dirty and needed paint and work. The bedding was stained so I had to us a personal blanket to feel like it was clean enough to sleep on. The room was not locked when I entered so I had to check the room before I felt comfortable
It was dirty. It gave me the heebie-jeebies. But it was right off the interstate and needed to rest.
