Such a wonderful stay! The house was nice and clean, fully stocked with all essentials. Easy access and the host was very clear with instructions. Highly recommend this warm and cozy home for your stay in Decatur. Close to shopping and restaurants.

House was clean and organized. Loved that the bathroom was stocked with anything needed. Neighbors were friendly and shopping within 5 mins was a huge plus. Lots of restaurants to choose from and grocery stores extremely close as well. Overall a grear stay. Thanks for having us.

Property was just as described. We had everything we needed. The carport was a big bonus for us because it was raining heavily throughout our stay, and we appreciated staying dry while loading/unloading our vehicle. Owner responds quickly to questions. Location was great for us Decatur natives with proximity to grocery stores, big box stores, restaurants, parks and banks. It was even close to the funeral home we were using. Neighborhood was quiet. HVAC system and water heating were also great.

Perfect!

This house has everything you need! The host keeps the house well stocked. The neighborhood felt safe, the beds were super comfortable, Walmart is basically across the street. We will definitely stay here again next year!

Cute little bungalow

It was perfect for what we needed while we visited family. The neighborhood is super quiet and close to everything. We had at most a 10-minute drive to see the boat races with my sister and brother-in-law from the house. Perfect location

Employees from our company needed a place to stay while working on a job site. We had stayed at the Newcastle Estate Bungalow on a previous trip and when it was available for our employees for this trip we didn't hesitate to book and when we told our employees they were returning to the Bungalow they responded "it's perfect"! We had 3 employees out this trip and they each at minimum want their own bed and the bungalow has 3 bedrooms so they were extremely happy with the accommodations.If we require another stay in the Forsyth/Decatur area we will always look to see if the Newcastle Estate Bungalow is available.

Cute, cozy and clean.

This house has all the conveniences of home. My husband and I stayed for eight nights very comfortably. It's in a great north end location, close to shopping and restaurants. This adorable home is very clean, light and bright, and although the carpeting is showing a little wear and tear, it is still doable at this point. The king bed is very comfortable with nice clean bed sheets and comfortable pillows. The bathroom is very clean and the lighting is superb! Nice towels and washcloths too! The owner is very responsive, helpful and accommodating. We would definitely stay at this location again.

I have stayed on this property many times. I return because the location is convenient, the home is cozy, the owner is easy to communicate with and it is a quiet neighborhood. I recommend this home.

Work Life Balance

We rented this home for our employees who would be working in the area. We initially only booked it for 3 nights but they needed it for an additional 1 night and they were able to accommodate the additional night. Penny was quick to respond to all our questions and help us with the additional night.Previous weeks the guys were staying in a hotel and we had to be careful where we booked ask there are some rough parts - like any town.But this home is in a nice neighborhood and the guys felt safe leaving their trucks outdoors.The home was exactly what our employees needed after a long day at the job, better than a hotel. They each had their own room with their own bed.Will definitely look this home up if we are back in the area.

The best place in Decatur

This is my second time staying at this residence. The location is convenient and close to the mall in Forsyth as well as a grocery store up the street. Communication is easy with the owner. She is great. I am staying again in December. I’ll continue to book this place.

A Quiet Little Oasis

My husband and I were in town to visit family a couple blocks away. We were pleased with close proximity to a nature trail, nature preserves, a variety of restaurants, and a mall. The property was clean and well stocked with essentials. We will definitely stay again when we visit the area!

Wonderful place

We stayed here for a long weekend. The house was very inviting and exactly as advertsed. The owner even left some extra snacks and even spaghetti sause and noodles we could use. I would definitely recommend this place.

Perfect for a family of 4

It was cute & clean with comfortable beds. It was the perfect size for a family of 4. The kids each had their own room. There were even some waters in the fridge and snacks on the counter which we appreciated. Would definitely recommend it to another family or anyone needing a comfortable place to stay.

Was very clean and Neighborhood was quiet. I will say that Room Darkening shades and some DW40 to the doors would be helpful for quieting the creaking at night. ;) But everything was awesome !
