I booked this hotel for my co workers and myself. Had 4 rooms paid for and when we arrived to check in it had a old drug hotel feel. When we made it to the front desk we where told that no rooms where available. We had to go somewhere else!
Too many forms to sign. Felt like I was signing my life away.
I didn't like that the floor wasn't clean the bathroom had burnt cigarette stains over the sink spread on bed wasn't clean

What I liked about this property was the location and the bed. It is located off I 95 with a gas station and McDonalds close by and to my surprise, the bed was comfortable. What I didn’t like were the aromas of the hotel and the towels. We stayed on the third floor, which smelled of rotten feet. I think the carpet should be removed. The first floor smelled fine, maybe because it was by the lobby and laundry facilities. Even though the entire establishment was smoke free, our room smelled strongly of cigarettes and marijuana. Lastly, the towels provided were damp and did not look or feel clean. I ended going to buy towels because I could not make myself use them. Lesson learned, you get what you pay for.
I checked out about 3 hours after checking in. The front desk girl refused to provide her name and said a manager would call. They did not. A couple ran me over because I opened the door to the elevator area and the didn’t have a key and the front desk wouldn’t let them in. In the parking lot I had people try to sell me drugs. My room had a huge hole in the door. This is NOT a safe area for a young single female traveling to Florida for a family emergency to stay.
No soap. Phone didn't work. Some janitor let himself in to our room with out knocking and I didn't have a shirt on. People above us were very loud bery late at night. There was a cockroach in the toilet. The pillowcases were stained.
If you heavy footed people above you it can be noisy.
Hotel is very clean and secure. Pillows are tiny. Next time we will bring our own.
Went to check in and while standing in line I observed a lady walk out wreaked of a marijuana smell and made comments about the bathroom having a bio box for needles. Also out in the parking lot there were shady people just hanging out. The hotel is located behind an old run down days inn that attracts a lot of bums and shady people. I ended up leaving the hotel and not even checking in. I have tried numerous times to contact the manager of the hotel but I have got the run around. So I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone
Had to get my key from the hotel next to us. They close at 9 pm. Checked it at 9 and the counter wasn't open then either. Left the key on the counter. Clean and nice hotel but strange we never saw an employee.
Quiet new hotel like a mini apartment. Unfortunately no shampoo/conditioner or coffee pot provided. Dirty underwear left behind bathroom door. Floor needed a mopping. Will probably get better in time.
