Matt and the rest of the staff is always helpful and willing to go the extra mile for his guests. This is my second stay at this location and Matt and his staff have consistently provided excellent customer service on both occasions. Not to mention they have great rates! and great rooms.

Would not stay here again the fire alarm went off 3 days in a row around 7 in the morning, what a great way to wake up!! My next door occupant was making noise at 12 at night like it was the afternoon it was horrible!! Furniture was broken.

Don’t get me wrong, I loved the lady on the night shift when we arrived Friday night. She was very kind and helpful and quick. But I would never recommend this hotel to another person. The room they gave me was absolutely filled of mold, and then the next room they gave me there was mold on the door and the fire alarm was dead and beeping and there was an overwhelming pine smell(I think it was their cleaner) but it gave me a headache. So then we had to go to a third room, which did not have two beds, which is what I paid for and everything was short because it was a handicap room. I am 5’2 and the shower head was pointing at my chest and could not go any taller. Like how do you expect a normal person to shower. Also I would like my money back for at there very least the difference in room prices.
