this place has a ton of potential but is in need of upgrades. I had no problem with the state of disarray until I woke up with bite marks in clusters along my arm (bed bugs likely). New beds and furnishings at a minimum would make this place tolerable.

Giving this property an over all 3 because the staff was very nice and the view was spectacular. We had to book this last minute because our original accommodations were cancelled by the host last minute for no reason. The hotel is very run down and old. It has a lot of potential but the owner doesn’t seem to care about updating or maintaining the property.

This hotel is uninhabitable, I’m sorry but unsafe doesn’t even begin to explain how horrid the conditions were. Total trash hotel, garbage everywhere druggies and prostitute hang out. Never again, would give 0 stars if it was an option.

Staff was great, nice and helpful. Room was not clean. Floor was slick with condensation from wall AC, but at least it was ice cold in the room! Had to wash all the hair out of the tub before showering then dried off with very worn towels with stains. Before we could sleep, it was a game of "Who Can Kill The Most Roaches." That was not cool! Bedspreads were clearly not washed. Felt icky and smelled. Tub faucets and spouts were so rusted and jagged from years of use and being close to the salt water. Nice partial view of the ocean to help the time there. Will never stay there again.
