it's not a bad place to stay for the price and certain things i had to do while there were not far driving distance so that part wasn't too bad, the biggest part and i know this probably shouldn't be a big deal but the room i was staying in had a very distinct smell to it and when i got there there wasn't a remote to the tv why have a tv if you don't have a remote for it that didn't make any sense to me.

What a terrible experience. We reserved a room with 2 beds but were given only 1 bed. When we tried to get this changed, the man in charge said there were no rooms available with 2 beds - he blamed the situation on Hotels.com. We had to complain about excessive noise coming from the room above us. Noise like as if someone was stomping their feet, loudly moving furniture, small children running in the room and construction noises. We would have demanded our money back if it wasn't so late. This is an awful place, do not book here.

Did not know it was a extended stay place . No pools but made up for it with a kitchen type set up with a full refrigerator a microwave, 2 burner range top. No breakfast off . But I brought my coffee maker and toaster, so with all the other stuff I just mentioned ,made for a very nice stay and I would not hesitate to come back again.

Stayed Memorial Day weekend for a soccer tournament and brought our 2 dogs. They accommodated my request for early check in and the room was freshly cleaned. The bathtub/shower and toilet looked brand new. No issues during our stay. Pleasant and kind staff. There are many restaurants on the same street to choose from.

What pool? It was a extended stzy u der the name of Woodspring Suites, very deceptive. Took the attendant atleast 10 minutes to get to the front desk. She was nice however. The room had a strong weird odor and one of the beds had a odor. The mattresss was on a spring frame that squeaked every time you moved. Loud noises all night, group of people on the parking lot and our key cards were cut ,off before check out time. Do not recommend at all!

This Hotel has hard beds. The shower water pressure is terrible. I had a issue with my toilet told the front desk and was told it would be fixed and no one did anything at all. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place. I'm glad i was by myself it would have been more upsetting if my family was with me. For this to be a extended stay hotel. No pans No glasses not even tissues in the room. Lol

Unacceptable and uninhabitable conditions! While the room itself was an adequate size and included a refrigerator, microwave, and burners, there were no pots, pans, or utensils provided, making these amenities unusable. The bed was smaller than expected, the pillows were extremely flat, and the towels were mismatched and appeared dingy rather than clean. However, the most serious issue was the complete lack of running water for the majority of our stay. We only had water on the first night. After that, there was no running water at all, and on the one occasion it briefly returned, it was ice cold. This made basic hygiene impossible. The staff, while polite, were unable to provide any meaningful updates or solutions. We were repeatedly told “it will be on later,” but it never was. We were also informed that a plumbing company had been fired, but no timeline for resolution was given. When we asked about compensation, we were told that only a manager—who was out of town—could authorize it. The only accommodation offered was a 5-gallon bottle of water so we could manually flush the toilet ourselves. This is not an acceptable standard for any hotel stay. The lack of running water alone made the room uninhabitable and constitutes a serious breach of basic hospitality standards. Given these conditions, I am requesting a full refund for my stay.

The staff was very friendly and informative, and the room was very clean. Unfortunately that was overshadowed by the slow internet speeds, barking dogs, and very low water pressure. I paid an extra $2/day for "high speed" and only got 7 mbps which is incredibly slow and taking a shower took forever with just a trickle of water.

Has a full kitchen but no kitchen items to use for it. No pots and pans, silverware, plates, cups, nothing. The bed frame was super squeaky. I had to leave mid way through the stay because they had no running hot water and the staff advised the general manager was refusing refunds for that day because there was still water even though it wasn’t hot. Then while attempting to fix that they had 0 running water which is when I left. The water issues started my second night but was only allowed a refund for one night, which was for the day after I checked out early. Staff was nice though and it was clean.
