My wife was uncomfortable staying on the 1st floor. The person behind the counter (Ashley) was extremely accommodating and found us an available room on the 2nd floor very quickly changed our reservation

Good budget hotel right off interstate.

This hotel was nice and great location right off internet. My biggest complaint about most Hampton Inns these days is there are absolute no towel bars in the bathroom! Who wants wet washcloths & towels everywhere? Not sure what the thought process behind that was but it is not good.

The hotel was ok. Not terrible but not great either. Room had a musty smell. Hotel a bit dated. The Hampton Inn at Austin Landing is much better but also more expensive.

Could've done better.

Staff was exceptional- smiled, offered assistance, inter-acted with customers. Bathroom not terrific. Toilet seat wouldn't stay up (for men)-very bad design. Shower stall not fit for spray to stay in the stall...water on floor.
