It has a fully-equipped kitchen with all the amenities needed to cook a special meal along with a beach front patio that has a Weber gas BBQ. Also a Luxury Hot Tub in the Ocean View Courtyard. In the two car garage is a 9’ pool table, ping pong table, shuffleboard game, and a large flat screen for your favorite show or game. If you are concerned about parking the double deep driveway and reserved parking directly across the street will easily accommodate the 6 allowed cars.
