We picked this home for the number of bedrooms/baths and the photos. It did not disappoint !! The bedrooms are all spacious. 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 baths up, along with the game room and a great cinema room. The master bedroom and bath on first floor are spacious and spa like. There is also a half bath down. Comfortable beds throughout. Beautiful kitchen with massive island. TV's in living, kitchen and at least three bedrooms were appreciated. Dining table was great for playing games. The home is light and airy with an upscale feel. Only surprise was the size of parking area. One suburban in garage and two large vehicles on enclosed drive was very tight but doable. Overall, I would rent again!! There is also a great restaurant close by - Chante Mexican Grill. We also enjoyed Legoland and Aquarium, Grapevine downtown and the Christmas lights at Daystar. All within a ten minute drive.

Theater room had nothing hooked up. Took a few days to resolve the issue.Outside grill was so dirty we didn’t use it.When using the microwave for more than a few minutes, moisture caused the oven the trip the breaker Every time..

Wonderful home for families or any group

What a great house, with many great extra amenities. The house was well-appointed and very well maintained. Communication with property manager was above excellent - we always enjoy renting one of their properties. Great location as well - easy commute to everything we wanted to do (which were scattered throughout the area).

Family Gathering

The house is large and comfortable. The beds are comfortable. There is one towel per person. Pool towels would be a nice addition. The dishwasher was broken (repairman came the first day, but did not return with new washer). So washing dishing for our large group who cooked every meal, was a task. Needed kitchen items: can opener, larger cookie sheets, a large skillet (the one there had a broken handle). The pantry is larger and there are plenty of utensils and dishes. We enjoyed the theatre room. The pool is nice, however the covered outdoor area is smaller than it looked in photo. The gas grill worked great. Parking 4 vehicles (2 in garage and 2 on driveway) was very tight. We had 3 small SUV’s and one sedan. The driveway/garage is enclosed inside the gate (with remote) very close to the outdoor covered area). The primary bedroom/bathroom is very large and downstairs. Everyone was comfortable, and a good time was had by all. Our young grandsons enjoyed playing in the open area under the stairs. The email with checkin instructions went to my junk mail - I found it later. So when we arrived I called the host Manage. Within 5-10 minutes we received instructions. Overall communication was prompt.

Great Golf Getaway

From the beginning of the process until we left everything was wonderful. Arrived at the house and it was better than the pictures. Game room and media room were fantastic. All of us (6) hanging out and playing pool with plenty of room. Hot tub and pool were immaculate. I had two or three questions while at the house and sent an email and every time i was answered within 30 minutes. If you are looking at staying in this area and want the best of the best for 6 to 15 people this is the place. I will definitely be looking to stay again next time our group plans a Dallas golf trip. Thanks for the hospitality, Greg

Celebrated my youngest daughters college grad here at this property and this Goldnest property could not have been more epic and the representatives more attentive or responsive than they were. Will definitely stay at this property again upon my return to the DFW metroplex.
