The hotel services are very good. The staff is very helpful. Public transportation is right across the street.

Good stay; just not that many food options; and does not have complimentary breakfast

We were in the area to visit family. The hotel is close to the best restaurants in Addison. It is difficult to get around without renting a car, but we relied on the family to take us around. The hotel is great, very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was not included, but you could purchase items. The only complaint that I have is the distance to the airport, no shuttle service, and I feel the breakfast should be included. There were a few items on the dinner menu, but better to enjoy the restaurants in the area.

Overall I enjoyed my stay. That being said, only four items can I be critical about. Firstly, just about all hotels that I stayed in have window coverings that are too short and let in night lighting and early daylight below the bottom of the curtains. My visit in March was cool and so was the room, initially, before I turned the heat on to 74 degrees. The last observation was the standing water in the bathtub. I did not hear dripping so I dismissed a leaky faucet when I opened the drain. When I arrived I asked about making local telephone calls from the room and was told area code prefixes with "469" and "972" were local and that I would have to use the prefix before dialing the last 7 numbers of the phone number. To my surprise upon checking out I saw two charges, one for 3.50 minutes and another for 2.75 minutes, for long distance calls to the "469" area code. Oh, well, not all people are well informed and I paid the bill.

Staff were very nice. Kim was fantastic. She was able to provide great information about Dallas to my husband.

We enjoyed the hotel and the time we spent in Dallas.

Hotel was under construction so there was some unusual load noise. That should go once they are finished but I had a room by the elevator which is very loud also. Further away from the elevator the better.

Close to shops and nightlife in Addison. Right next to the Dart station for travel. Close the highway to get around. 15 min to Uptown.

Only two towels in room. Requested more to no availe. Cleaning rag left in room next to an on t.v. Common areas smelled. Especially at entrance. Elevators hot.

Good experience. No complaints, complimentary breakfast would have made it better.

The hotel staff was vary nice... The greeted my husband with a happy birthday... It really made his day... The room was amazing... Vary clean... I loved it... Would go again...

Front desk girls could have been more friendly, food, don't waste your money. Plenty of good restaurants close by.

Staff was friendly, but food was not optimal. My room was missing a hairdryer and no one picked up the phone at front desk or housekeeping after calling several times, so I borrowed one from my neighboring colleague.

Overall great stay. The staff was very friendly, room very clean, and the only reason I didn't rate the service higher was the food wasn't very good. A plus was there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

It was new and everything was welcoming. I would highly recommend anyone staying in Addison to this hotel

Stayed here for business, found the hotel nice amid renovations. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Public areas are being renovated, new fitness center and business center. Rooms are outdated, although bed is comfortable.

Amazing visit at this great hotel. I was very impressed

Amazing stay. Clean spacious room. Will definitely return.

The experience at this hotel was fantastic. My wife and I went swimming and the bed and pillows were so soft and comfortable. This was our first stay at this hotel, but we will book a room here for future visits.

The hotel is good for a quick overnight stay … Any longer, you will get frustrated. I stayed for two days. The room only came with two large towels. Their very tight with their towels. The tile in the bathroom was coming undone (very bad). The facet was mounted to far back from the sink …. How does this happen? Very frustrating!
