Staff was friendly. However, the facilities are out of date and needed to be updated. Had to change rooms three times. First room the sofa bed was broken. Second room the AC did not work. Third room was fine but one of the lights was not working and the coffee maker was missing. Breakfast was included but few choices were provided they day we were there.

No breakfast was horrible the waffles don't cook fully and the breakfast has no protein the manager don't care about paying customers they want to save money and the hotel stunk so bad rooms were dirty asked for towels said they were out.

DON'T DO IT. If you are traveling as single women, Do Not Stay Here. 1st off the photos they use are NOT a current representation of the condition this hotel is in as of this review. When you walk in the front desk is totally covered off by plexi glass. The smell of musk is undeniable. Water stains are visible on the ceiling of the lobby. The elevator was broken and we had to take the stairs. As we walked into room 224, the musty smell hit first. Then 1/2 the lights wouldn't turn on. I went to lock and door and the door lock was MISSING. I pulled the blankets back and a BIG GREEN BOOGER was on the sheets. I tried to call the front desk and the phone gave me the Disconnected Beep. So i walked down stairs, told the front desk guy and he assigned us to room 211. This room smelled clean, but was in worse shape than the first. Giant hole in the wall, missing lamp shades, a torn and stained sofa and a kitchenette that was falling apart. Not only was this place a wreck, but I did not feel safe. As we walked back out, we noticed the numerous holes in the other doors, the walls, the dirty carpet and old fixtures. We were given a full refund we moved down the street to the Marriott. I have photos to post to show the rooms I was given. Orbitz needs to vet the photos being used by these properties.

The breakfast menu was fresh but very limited options. Eggs, cereal and waffles. We didn’t get to experience the pool since we were only in hotel to basically shower and sleep. When we checked in lady at the desk was very nice and helpful with our check in. The room was clean upon checking in. Hallways and basically whole hotel reek of marijuana and cigarettes. The last night we stayed there woke up to use restroom to find cockroaches in sinks and on floor in restroom. Also found couple on wall/carpet separating beds from couch. The price was very cheap. You do get what you pay for. It was a last minute trip but next time I will just pay the extra money to not have to stay there again.

One work was great the man day of check in was so rude. TV volume was stuck wouldn't go down at all. Had a room with separate area to sleep but door didn't close it hit the bed. Metal sticking out from under bed. Couch bed looked like a toco when pulled out un useable. No drains in the tub or sink. Asks for pillows and bedding for the couch bed got one comforter and one pillow. Finally get moved the next morning after so many issues get all settled in with grandkids and the ac don't work they changed it out with one from another room. This room was infested with roaches... cut stay by three days and went home

The door latch didn’t work properly, felt very unsafe. The whole room had lots of damage. The sofa bed was overused and my blanket I thankfully had in my car was thicker than the “thin mattress”. Very uncomfortable! Very noisy as well, kept waking up through the night.

Room was pretty outdated but that wasn’t an issue for us. Elevator was a bit sketchy, it took the doors at least a minute every time to close and there was no inspection certificate on it. Breakfast was cereal, a few slices of bread, waffles and eggs. When we got down there there was no eggs and no staff around to fill it. There was no coffee. Granted we did go down for breakfast around 8, but breakfast on the weekends is from 6/7a to 10am so I feel like there still should’ve been items. Pool looked nice and many people were utilizing it, we didn’t ourselves. Felt safe and comfortable in our room regardless of everything else. I wouldn’t call it a “quality” suites though, more of “budget suites”

There was a roach in the bathroom, gnats flew out of the sink when turning the water on, the lighting was poor/dim because the lamp bulbs were burning out, the floor/carpet was wet for no reason that I could see and overall it was just a dirty experience.

Arrived at 2:53pm check in was at 3pm and was told by front desk they were about to do shift change so I would need to wait 15-20min. That would be after my 3pm check in that so unprofessional why have me waiting. Front desk was speaking in Spanish thinking I didn’t know what they were saying and they were talking bad about people. Housekeeping cleaned up the room but did not put fresh towels when I got back I had to go downstairs to get fresh ones. There’s signs that says that property is 100% smoke free and people smoking outside and inside in the hallways. Stayed on 3rd floor and the entire floor smelled of weed. First and last time me and my family will stay at this hotel.

How the staff works in these conditions is unbelievable. The entire bldg & room smells like a mix of Ajax and weed. Old decapitated furniture in the halls, parking lot, and the room. As far as the tables that were still in good condition, they were fine. Elevator is out of order. Trash in the parking lot. I hope this bldg can be fixed and cleaned up considering the great location.

To start check in was not welcoming Get to the room old everything looks nothing like pictures online molded ceilings jacuzzi outdated mold around it as well bathroom had no light fixtures in it water pressure low on shower went to change out dirty towels for fresh towels they acted as if we wanted to steal the towels when we are literally bringing you all the towels that were in the room me and my husband stayed here and was only given 1 bath towel & 1 face towel like tf it’s 2 of us in the room the hotel is horrible hotel smells like mold & wetness do not waste your time booking here dogs were all over the hotel barking at guests etc straight bull will never use 3rd party booking ever again we tryed booking other hotels they were sold out I was so ready to get the hell away from this property traveling from Tennessee & this the welcome we get a horrible stay oh last but not least roaches & housekeepers seem as if they were not happy working here with the attitudes that were giving for asking for fresh towels & trash bags 😡😡 never stay at this property you will be disappointed trust
