Our walls had stains in the bathroom. We had no soap in our shower when we got there. They told us we could snoke within 50 ft of the building, but as soon as we parked i saw so many cigarettes butts on the ground.

I’m Im unfamiliar with Dallas so when my Uber dropped me off he warned me to be careful in the area. I checked in about 11pm. Staff was friendly but saw ants in my room maybe because it was a garden room. Also the room was freezing, heating unit wasn’t working. I brought the issue to the front desk. They didn’t change my room right away, they waited until the noon check out the next day. Designated “smoking” area was filthy without any seating or place to discard butts. Neighborhood area has quite a few extended stay hotels in walking distance along with military style/ off duty police as security guards in the area. Hotel only offers coffee which was very hot and Wi-Fi that worked consistently. Overall since I was traveling alone I dealt with it, but I would have checked out if my family came along for the trip. I will stay somewhere else next trip.

The room was very dirty. The floor was like a peel and stick flooring that was coming off and you could see the cement underneath it. Bed was clean and I don't think I got bugs but wouldn't be surprised if I did.
