We enjoyed the hotel and its quiet location. Breakfast was great look forward to staying there again!!
Great location and convenient to everything we like to do when visiting Dallas. Room was great except that it did not cool well and we didn't sleep well due to being too hot. This is the second time we have stayed at this particular hotel and had this problem. All else was great but hard to get past a bad night of sleep.
The location of the hotel was good for our needs. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. The indoor pool was nice but a bit on the chilly side. Breakfast was the normal one hotels offer. Coffee was available throughout the day.
repeat customer. Will come again. Good for business traveling. Easy access and friendly service.
The hotel was great, have stayed in Holiday Inn Express in Asheville, NC also. The Dallas Holiday Inn was Great, pleasant welcome excellent/clean room. Great view from the 4th floor and wonderful breakfast that was inclueded.
This property is stylish and convenient as well as a great value. Friendly and helpful staff made our stay the best.
We came back to this hotel because of our previous stay here. Once again nothing to complain about. Worth the stay, only drawback is ease of getting in and out of the hotel due to the way Texas has one ways on their freeaay access roads
Overall I had a positive experience with this Holiday Inn Select. Hotel, staff, breakfast was all very nice, the only drawback is the amount of road construction directly around the vacinity of the hotel.
Everything was right where we needed it close to everything, very clean, breakfast was amazing.
I prefer to stay at Hilton affiliated hotels, but often use Holiday Inn Express (HIE) as a good alternative. This location is very well maintained and clean, and centrally located to many area attractions. The room was nice, but had some flaws: 1) No fridge, nor microwave (which I have had in other HIE locations) 2) The mattress sits in a bed frame, that extends 3-4 inches beyond the foot of the mattress. Walking around the room, I banged my shins on the bed frame no less than four times. 3) The bathroom vanity had lots of counter space, but the sink was one of those art deco pieces that was raised 4-5 inches above the counter. I'm 5' 11" and found it awkward to use the sink, especially to wash my face. Very bad design. 4) The room needed a well lit, vanity mirror. You know the kind you can look into when checking make-up. It was impossible to lean in, and use, the bathroom mirror.
We stayed two nights here because it was convenient to Baylor Surgical Center. Needless to say, I didn't get to enjoy any of the amenities. The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. Two queen beds, sleeper sofa, microwave, refrigerator, wet bar. When booking, I asked about the room, but was told we'd get what was available when we checked in. Had I known there was a 'fridge and microwave, we could have planned to bring meals since I was not able to go out to eat. Great place to stay if you're there to enjoy shopping, dining, etc. Of course, LBJ Freeway was a construction nightmare.
We arrived late at night and the staff were up beat and friendly. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Cleaning staff were very respectful and honest. Our only negative was the lack of a hot tub, which the web page listed was available. That was very disappointing after a ten hour drive.
The hotel is close to Galleria and not too far from outlets mall. Room is comfortable. The only thing is the road in front of the hotel is under construction, so driving is not that convenient.
a very nice place, very comfortable. Tha staff was very friendly and helpful. Would have been great if you had a bar!! Over all it is a great place to stay and I would stay there again
Holiday Inn really has their game on. Modern rooms, gym, great location. Looks like my new business hotel while in Richardson. Thanks!
I have stayed here several times over the past couple years and always have a good experience. The hotel is fairly new, modern decor, nice indoor swimming pool, fitness room and convenient location...and the best part....it is very affordable.
Five minutes from The Galleria, ten minutes from North Park. Comfy whimsical, but contemporary, lobby does double duty as breakfast buffet. Selections are a notch above typical complimentary breakfast offerings. Two story light sculpture is captivating. Guest rooms are spa-like: earthy colors, organic patterns and textures, faux zebra wood finishes. Bathroom amenities are generic soap/shampoo/conditioner, but adequate. Vessel on counter lav, great shower head.Very nice bed linens (pillows are a bit lumpy). Above average towel weight in bathroom
Check in was easy and fast. Room was clean, not perfectly clean. Workout room needs some cleaning wipes to clean equipment. Pool and hot tub looked nice, but didn't use. Breakfast was good.Room was quiet but slaming doors woke us in the am.
Staff was friendly, swimming pool was fun. thanks.
Holiday Inn is doing a good job in answering the Hyatt Place challenge; modern, sophisticated rooms at a fair price. I have stayed at multiple hotels in the DFW area, but this one is ideally located to the popular Addison area and it is very reasonable in price. Very comfortable, clean and friendly staff.
