Deceptive practices, you see “self parking” beware !! It’s their lot however small signs telling you to download an app and pay, no reminder as you check in and you wake up to a ticket. It is beyond greed gouging and disingenuous. HILTON brand has been declining for years….sad. #neveragain

I wish I could be more positive about this visit… the room was okay, but the A/C system on and off and on and off all night, and so loud. Not good… the real bummer was the lack of room keys - the system to make them was down, and the front desk attendant (sometimes a wait for them) had to go up and open the room every time; worst thing was their attitude - suffice to say, in the evenings it was not good. Not sure I’ll be back.

None of the gym equipment worked snd some of it was broken. They allowed dogs in the rooms and one was howling all night. The business center had no printer ink. Kind of a rundown area with only one decent restaurant option.

Everything was great, except for the fact that the door key system in the whole hotes was not functional. The desk clerk had to open our door and we couldnt leave our room to go out unless the clerk came up to open the door. Never had this happen in all my extensive travelling life
