Came to the area for a football game at AT&T. Hotel is a quick Uber ride to the stadium and about a 20 minute ride from the airport. Nothing in walking distance except a gas station, which wasn't the best, however; lots of food options at The Highlands, again a quick Uber ride. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
I like Hamptons and this one did not disappoint. Everything I normally expect and it was in a great location. It was pretty quiet but right by the interstate. Rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable
Overall, it was a decent stay. The staff was very friendly. I loved the lay out of my room. The breakfast was not good at all. The carpet in my room could use a deep cleaning. The lobby was pretty shabby and stained.
I have stayed at this location on numerous times over the past 2 years. I like the location in proximity to the site(s) I visit and the location of many chain and local restaurants within a couple of miles of the hotel.
The suite needed upgrades, it was really basic. Good location. Mr: Brown, CSR/front desk was awesome. The breakfast was ok; however, my husband stated that it had more of a selection the last time that he was there. The walls have to be thin because I have stayed here 4 times and every time it is really noisy. This time we did not complain but we have in the past.
Customer service was excellent. Staff was attentive. They have been aware of my needs and were prepped for it with a room on the first floor near the exit. Breakast was hot and plentiful. Tables were cleaned regularly, as were floors/rugs.
The overall impression of the room was a culmination of small things- all of the lampshades were cracked, the door handles were broken, there were bleach holes in some of the towels, and everything was a bit dated. It was definitely not value priced, but it wasn't terrible.
I had a great greeting when checking in. Very friendly and polite staff. The room was very comfortable and clean. The location was great, very close to shops and restaurants. They offered a nice warm breakfast daily. They also offered pies in the afternoon. I thought that was a nice touch and different from other Hampton Inns that I have stayed at. Parking was convenient and well lit.
Hey management. You have a nice hotel but to open the pool at 10:00 is RIDICULOUS - FYI ADULTS line to work out before going to work and swimming may be part of that routine! Get a grip. Make the pool ADULTS ONLY from 7:00 am to 10:00 Am!!!!
When traveling to the heart of the DFW Metroplex, I always look to book this hotel. Conveniently located off the Collins exit on I-20, the hotel is only a 15 min drive from ATT Stadium, Globe Life Park, and Six Flags to name a few. The staff has always greeted me and their pleasantries make checking in and departing enjoyable. The rooms are clean and always had a great night's sleep here. The hotel is back back to lessen the noise from the Interstate and is close to several commercial areas with a plethora of restaurants. The complimentary breakfast is standard but may need to wait for the Texas shaped waffle when there are lots of patrons. Would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through the area or those attending events in Arlington.
