The guy in the front desk is very tough and smileless. The hotel smells very bad. The toilets water does not receed.

Unfriendly staff. Hotel rooms smelled funny. Cheap breakfast.

The staff was very rude. They double charged me one night. Check in took 2 hours. The room stunk.

Clerk advised if I could not pay $100 deposit, I could get my room payment back from Orbitz. This was at 1AM after a late flght. Paid deposit. I was unwelcome. Did nothing to warrant this treatment. Clerk discriminated.

Nonsmoking room smells very bad smoke. Noisy neighbors talked and laughed out loud after midnight.

THE ROOM WAS NASTY AND THE BREAKFAST WAS A JOKE THE FRIDGE IN OUR ROOM WAS HORRIBLE HAD MONTH OLD MILK AND OTHER ITEMS THAT WERE LEFT THERE THE BATH TUB HAD A YELLOW RING

great location. smell not so good. bed is not comfortable. but staff are great.

Another good experience with this hotel, I have stayed there a couple of times before. Close to highway and convenient to other places it was more than adequate and a very good price. Only a slight negative, and perhaps because it was New Year's Day. I arrived much earlier than anticipated (the weather was not as bad as I had feared) and tried to check in around noon. I was told no rooms were available and understood that, but was also told I would be called when one became available. That did not happen and when I returned at 3:00, the normal check in time, the clerk then on duty had no idea what I was talking about when I asked about my call.

The group who was staying on the same floor as us made the entire 3rd floor smell terrible and smokey from whatever they were cooking. You had to request shampoo and all kitchen items that were usually readily available such as coffee pot and cups

I made my reservation online late in the evening at about 11:30. When I arrived at the hotel 20 mins later I was told that since I'd made the reservation online after 11pm I was not going to be able to check in (apparently the night person doesn't have access to the system or something.) So I had to pay, again, for the 1st night (I had paid for 2 nights online.) Of course I was worried about getting it all sorted out and getting my money back, but when I came down to the desk in the morning it had all been sorted and they handed me my money and went back to my room and back to bed! Kudos to these guys! Not to mention that the room was great: spacious and clean.
