Clean room, lights kept going off, breaker tripping in the room
We had a wonderful time. This motel was just what we needed.
The beds were comfortable, breakfast was good, and the staff was very friendly. For the price, this was an 'ok' place to stay for A night. The bathtub was dirty.
Disgusting. The bathroom was so nasty. There was black mold on the floor of the tub that they tried to cover with mat. Looks like a great place to sell crack
This motel was the absolute worst motel ever! The staff had no idea what to do or how to do it. The lights worked half the time. The shower was horrible. The doors didn't work. There were no working vending machines and no reasonable access to stores for food and water. They offered a shuttle service to and from the airport, but it was very late, disorganized, and the driver was cursing and allowing more passengers than there were seatbelts. We had to hire transportation back to the airport because the shuttle didn't make any trips before 9am! The continental breakfast was a joke! The worst part was when we checked out they used my husband's name, but some other random persons credit card number! DO NOT STAY AT THIS MOTEL!!!!!
Very nice, comfortable, convenient,LOVELY .yes i would stay with y'all again thank u for ur hospitality
Our first room had a broken air conditioner, our second room was smoking (mywife can get sick from the smell of smoke), our third room, which was huge, had one air conditioner that worked but it was not cold at all, the fourth room finally worked. THE BREAKFAST was very sad. The waffle maker was obviously not cleaned for quite a while. There was only bagels, a few muffins and two choices of cereal. The coffee was horrible also. The pool was over chlorinated, but was neatly laid out in a nice little courtyard. The first desk worker we talked to constantly was yawning in our face, and very unresponsive. Thank God that the others thereafter were somewhat kind enough to talk on our level. I would Not stay here again, even though the price was the best around. There is a reason for that. All four of our rooms needed to be updated badly.
Room was adequate for what we needed. Actually it was too big. We really just needed a bed and bath, but were given a mini suite with full kitchen and sitting room at no extra charge. Too bad we weren't there for the week, we would have taken advantage of the kitchen. Room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. We will probably book with Econo Lodge again in the future.
Old furnishings - no hair dryer, asked for 3:30 am wake-up call. Didn't get it. $50 extra charge for late car return, missed flight, had to buy another ticket to get home. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!
Horrible,two towels for 4 peoples,the shower is broken,no power outside,air conditioning bad,omg,never again!!!
When we arrived the window had been left open and the ac was off. It was 90 degrees in the room and it took until 11pm to get to 74 degrees. The AC leaked and the carpet was soaked 4 ft around the unit and there were wires hanging out with electrical tape around them from.under the unit. The kitchen floor felt slimmy and the oven light stayed on all night even though the oven was off. The burners could not sit flat because of the aluminum foil that was crumpled over the.pans under the burners. The was were crumbling at the.bottoms in every room. Only one remote with no back for 2.tvs to use. The of us got 3 towels, 2 hand towels.and 1 wash cloth and a sign that said we would be charged for staining them. I had.to push the mattress over to the wall so my kids wouldn't fall in the crack (no biggy) but the dust ruffle under the.mattress has dark brown stains. Two of our pillow smelled sour as.if they were left in the wash too long. The carpet was stained and had many cigarette burns. When we checked out I told.the lady all of this and said hmmmm and moved on. But looking around the front I noticed all the vents were covered with black dust so obviously they did not car about the rooms becuase they dont car about.their own work.space.
The place was conveniently located by 6 flags, AT&T Stadium, and Globe Life Park. Spent 2 days here and didn't have any issues. Great price.
The hotel was what a paid for it. Didn't pay much so we didn't expect much. The only complaint I have is the bed was so uncomfortable
Good hotel for location, breakfast was not prepared wel, no orange juice and the waffle pan was a burnt waffle which was not cleaned for others to use
Staff was okay, new hire to the facility. Asked for directions and did not know the area. Coming to our room was alarming when someone is smoking and it's not cigarettes or a Tabaco pipe. Room was neat but the tub was dirty, old TV's, sofa was dirty. I will not stay again.
Horrible hotel. Do not recommend to anybody. _------_--------------------_-----------------
No hot water for 2 days and no refund either. I would not recommend this motel to anyone!!!! Bad PR for your chain of motel!! People travel a long distance and would love a hot shower but not at this place!!!
Very please with the hotel. Very close to the venue we were going to and close to restaurants.
Decent, clean for the price paid you get what you would expect from a 2-2.5 star hotel
Very clean! Everyone was so friendly & the breakfast is amazing
