This property is listed as pet-free and I confirmed this several times and communicated to the host that I have a severe allergy. After having an asthma attack at 3am my first night, we discovered dog hair on pillows and later a dog chew toy and general mess of hair and debris under the couch. I am not one to write a bad a review and have tried contacting the host multiple time - asking only that they refund me the 127 I had to spend to stay in a separate hotel from my family downtown the second night. They have not responded in three days.

In Dallas for Women’s Final 4

The house was very clean and comfortable, check in process was very easy. Great location for American Airline Stadium, Farmers market and the Arboretum. It was a short stay, 5 adults- we were very comfortable and found good restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay again!

A perfect bachelorette weekend!

This was my very first time doing a property rental through VRBO, and oh my goodness did Adriana make this process so easy and enjoyable! I cannot rave enough about this place!!! We stayed here for the weekend of my best friend’s bachelorette party and it was a HUGE hit with all 6 of the college girls in attendance! The property was so clean and organized, plus it is even more stylish and beautiful in person than the pictures make it out to be. The beds were cozy and plush! The kitchen was fully stocked with any dishes or cleaning supplies needed for a weekend getaway. The house was roomy for a full house of 7, but also had a comforting environment that helped all of us feel at home. And to top it all off, the property was so close to tasty restaurants and experiences nearby. We seriously LOVED this place!! Adriana was very helpful with any questions I had and made me feel confident stayed in a new area of Dallas I’ve never been in before. She even had her team stock the fridge with extra ice for us just in case! The house is right on a semi-busy street, so we parked three cars in the driveway and kept additional cars on the streets around the corner. While this definitely isn’t a mature or super secure area, that is something that comes with being close to downtown. We just made sure to travel in small groups whenever we planned to leave the house! STAY HERE if you’re looking for a fun stay or a relaxing vacation in Dallas, Texas! Thanks Adriana!!!

Good Experience

If you need a house near downtown and the cool neighborhoods of Dallas, this is a good option. It was very clean and well kept. Everything as expected. Plenty of towels. Shampoo, body wash, etc all provided. Driveway for parking. Wifi. Near good restaurants and grocery, however the area is still transitioning.
